Technician Mark showed up early (after calling to ask if it was OK), evaluated the problem, did what he could to fix the problems (leaking and squeaking), and told us what he thought would fix it for good...unfortunately not a service Precision performs...and told us he could replace the seal on the door but the one we had wasn't really faulty. The service call was short, sweet, and to the point...I'd call Precision again in a heartbeat.

We purchased two 8'x7' garage doors from Precision. I am a comparison shopper so I had three companies come out for quotes. Not only was Precision the best price but I can honestly say that every single interaction from quoting to installation was a pleasant one. Every person that I interacted with at the company seems to be genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. In fact, it wasn't the price that prompted me to go with them...it was the fact that I couldn't stop thinking that I wished every small business operated like this one. Our installation was today. Mark came to the house on time and ready for work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and really just a pleasure to be around. You have to respect a guy who is a master at his craft and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. I was very impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish. The house came out better than my wife and I could have imagined so thanks for that Mark! We will definitely be doing business with Precision for all of our garage door needs. Highly recommended.

I chose Precision as I had used them before. I was a little disappointed to find out that the springs that I had installed in 2011 were rated for up/down cycles and not a timeframe, but that makes sense, and this door gets a lot of use. Since I had used them before I was not aware that there was a $20 coupon on the web site for the exact service I was having done. I called about the coupon and they honored it after the fact. The tech who performed the service was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable.
