Had a problem with garage door not opening completely. problem intermittent. Technician made adjustments and issue resolved. Door was inspected by another garage door company several months ago and said all was ok. Made no adjustments, Door subsequently failed and auto damaged to the tune of $1000.00

Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. I received call backs from other companies for the next days but they were too late. My family will do business with precision and refer our friends as well. Thank you!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job.
