The owner Ron was there promptly when he said he was going to be, very polite and respectful. He gave me the estimate with an explanation and went about what he needed to do without disruption of any sort. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Garage door works beautifully! I chose Precision as I had used them before. I was a little disappointed to find out that the springs that I had installed in 2011 were rated for up/down cycles and not a timeframe, but that makes sense, and this door gets a lot of use. Since I had used them before I was not aware that there was a $20 coupon on the web site for the exact service I was having done. I called about the coupon and they honored it after the fact. The tech who performed the service was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable.

Eric has been here on two different issues and has arrived early (great!) both times. He very nicely listened to my description(s) of the issue(s) and then explained what he would be doing. I chose Precision because of their ad in the phone book yellow pages with the $10 off Service Call coupon. I was very pleased when I received the pre-visit e-mail confirming the appointment along with a description and picture of the technician (Eric). I would highly recommend this company based on my current experiences.

Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or distracted from his job. I am very impressed with Precision Door...from my initial contact with Mary who answered the phone to the prompt emergency repair visit that same night! So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.
