Felix was prompt and very personable. He was able to fix our problem quickly and also lubricated all of our garage doors as well as nailing up some molding over one of the doors. All this for 54.00! Good DEAL !

When the cable on our 50 yr. old garage door slipped off the drum and was frayed, I checked the internet for garage door installers, I was very impressed with Precision's website--a lot of good information including a bio & picture of all the technicians. And certainly many outstanding reviews from other customers. As soon as our technician Mark Sherman arrived at our home I knew I had chosen the right company. Mark is friendly, professional and explained the problem with our garage door and the options available; an expensive repair for an old door or a nice new door. A new door was the only way to go. Six days later Mark installed a beautiful new door. I'm amazed that in a few hours Mark could remove an old heavy door and install a new one! Thank you Precision! Thank you Mark!

Dave Ackley was my technician. Fast and reasonable price. It's an old, heavy wooden door with a lot gone wrong - broken pulley, rollers, safety cable, and we weren't sure it could be fixed (old parts no longer available). It's running well - better than before.

Mark did a quick and professional job under very hot and humid conditions. I couldn't be happier with the work. One of my ancient garage door springs (65 years old?) finally broke. Mark was prompt and friendly, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me with options and quotes. He had to work a little extra hard to integrate the new parts with my older system but he got it all together. The door opens and closes smoothly just as it did before. Thanks Mark!

Marty was courteous and friendly. I contacted Precision Door to find out what was wrong with my Genie door opener and if it could be repaired. I was never told what was wrong with it or whether or not it could be repaired (I did later see a review that they don't install Genie products so I am still wondering if mine can be repaired)... Instead he tried to sell me a new door. Why? Because my door (which even he admitted is in great condition still) is old and heavy. When I said a new door was not happening he explained that he was recommending it because one of my springs was not in great condition and the other spring was doing all of the heavy lifting (a new door would be lighter and have a different spring system). When I asked point blank if the spring could just be replaced I found out it could but that they don't carry springs that large and it would have to be ordered. While he was figuring out a new estimate for me I started looking online for spring costs. Well, I was quite surprised when Marty's quote for springs was 3 times the retail price I found online. I understand businesses mark up the products they sell but 3 times the RETAIL price is a bit excessive. Your staff is friendly and I don't doubt that your company has good products and does good work. I do however wonder about your honesty and integrity. I value honesty and the way this visit was handled does not make me comfortable with your company.

Hey, we were in tough straits. At 7:30 am we heard a very loud thump in our garage. It was the main spring on the OH garage door -- that sprung!! NO way could we open the door. Cars trapped inside. Had appointments to get to. Got "Precision" on the phone -- said they would be there ASAP -- good to their word, Ron from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service arrived at 9:45 am and by 10:30 am we were on our way to our appointments . . . !! THANK YOU, Ron . . . !!!
