Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. We filled out the online quote request on a Sunday morning. With-in 10 minutes, we received a call booking an in person quote. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for price, delivery and quality.

I would recommend their service to everyone. After my vist with the owner, I posted Precision Door Service on my Facebook page. I wanted share my experience with Rochester and let them know that they can obtain a new Garage Door cheaper than what Home Depot and Lowes can offer.
