I would give Mark's service on Saturday a 5-star rating. He came right on time, found the problem was a broken wire in the activation system, and fixed it. Now the door works fine. He also did a lubrication of the mechanism, and the door runs quieter now. All this for about $50! So it was a very good service.

This is my first time using Precision Door and it certainly won't be the last. A cable broke on Saturday afternoon with 2 cars in the garage. All the other companies closed at noon. Total time from my call to Precision and Marty fixing the problem was less than 2 hours.

The original install was handled very well. However, the control unit was determined to be defective. The installer handled the problem very well and effectively, the new unit is now performing well.

I am a repeat customer of Percision. We originally called 10+ years ago for a broken spring. We called on a Saturday afternoon, and a tech arrived a short time later. At that time the tech quickly rectified our problem, by replacing a broken spring. He explained that we only had one spring, but a two spring system would be recommended due to the size of our door. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Today, my daughter called me at work to say she heard a loud noise while the garage door was closing, and the door was stuck halfway down. I told her not to worry, I know a guy. When I arrived home, I found a broken spring and a broken cable. I looked up the number for Precision Door and called for after-hours service. Within minutes I received a phone call from a tech who told me he was on his way to my home. He arrived and looked over the job and gave me an exact quote. He had all the parts in stock, on his truck, and had the door operating in about an hour. Prompt, courteous, and very professional. Three words I would use to describe the individual who serviced my garage door, on both occasions ! I would recommend your company to anyone.

I was a previous customer at a different house near Bushnell's Basin. At our new house, one of the overhead garage door springs broke and needed replaced. Drew was able to arrive early which was good and replaced the two springs and pulleys as well as reset the cables. The door now works great! I was also given the promotion "Buffalo Bills" discount! Felix was prompt and very personable. He was able to fix our problem quickly and also lubricated all of our garage doors as well as nailing up some molding over one of the doors. All this for 54.00! Good DEAL !

When the cable on our 50 yr. old garage door slipped off the drum and was frayed, I checked the internet for garage door installers, I was very impressed with Precision's website--a lot of good information including a bio & picture of all the technicians. And certainly many outstanding reviews from other customers. As soon as our technician Mark Sherman arrived at our home I knew I had chosen the right company. Mark is friendly, professional and explained the problem with our garage door and the options available; an expensive repair for an old door or a nice new door. A new door was the only way to go. Six days later Mark installed a beautiful new door. I'm amazed that in a few hours Mark could remove an old heavy door and install a new one! Thank you Precision! Thank you Mark!

Dave Ackley was my technician. Fast and reasonable price. It's an old, heavy wooden door with a lot gone wrong - broken pulley, rollers, safety cable, and we weren't sure it could be fixed (old parts no longer available). It's running well - better than before.
