Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

He explained my options clearly and thoroughly allowing me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He replaced the cables, lubricated parts that needed it, and the door performs better then when I moved here 5 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision to everyone. ps... Give him a raise!!!

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. We filled out the online quote request on a Sunday morning. With-in 10 minutes, we received a call booking an in person quote. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for price, delivery and quality.

Very pleased! Service was professional. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond to accommodate us in the evening even though it was his wedding anniversary. That's what I call dedication! When I got home from work I discovered the broken spring and couldn't open the garage door. I called the company and within an hour Mark was at my door to fix it. So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.
