Eric has been here on two different issues and has arrived early (great!) both times. He very nicely listened to my description(s) of the issue(s) and then explained what he would be doing. I chose Precision because of their ad in the phone book yellow pages with the $10 off Service Call coupon. Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.
