My garage door cables broke and I required a service call. The appointment was easy to schedule and Dave arrived on time. After quickly assessing the problem he walked me through several options. This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

Very quick scheduling of garage door springs replacement and prompt arrival by technician Mark Sherman at scheduled appointment date/time. Mark was extremely polite, professional, very knowledgeable, and performed a very efficient job replacing my garage door springs. I was impressed by the care Mark took to closely scrutinize the movement of the garage door after replacing the springs, and he took the time to re-check and appropriately adjust the tension of the springs for optimal door operation and ease of use. Mark was very personable throughout the appointment and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had regarding the installation process, safety, and parts & installation costs. I will definitely refer family & friends to Precision for any garage door service needs and recommend they request Mark as the responding service technician. Thank you!

Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

You can tell a lot by working with the owner of a business and he was great. This time I had Dave Ackley who arrived on time and offered some suggestions as well as giving me the estimate in advance. I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.
