Our garage door broke fairly late one evening and the technician from Precision Door Service came out at 9pm -- I was so pleased as the door wouldn't close. The technician was very friendly and answered any questions we asked, explained the work he was going to do and made sure we were happy with that. I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name. we're very, very pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision Door Service in the furure.

We recently had a problem with our garage door. I called some other garage door people before you, my mistake. They were all to busy to come out and see my problem. After calling you , you sent someone that same day (David MacKay). This individual was very professional. You should be glad that you have someone like him working for you. We still can't get over how quiet the door is. If in the future I have any more problems with my door you will be the first one that I call. Again David was great and answered any questions that we had.

Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! Dave Ackley phoned that he could be at my house a little earlier than estimated which worked out fine. Dave diagnosed the issue, offered me the estimate for the work, and provided me with other options that I might be interested in. The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable price.
