We give Precision Doors a 5 star. We are very pleased and happy with the end results. The garage door looks wonderful. We looked around and compared prices to other garage door dealers and you were by far the fairest and most reasonable. It was installed within a couple of hours. We can't say enough about your wonderful installers. They were polite, professional, courteous, and very pleasant. If your looking for any garage door issues we highly recommend Precision Doors. A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both Techs, Ron and Mark involved in the estimate and completion of the work done on my garage. When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door. Mark did a great installation job on the door and new opener and made sure I understood all the features. I would definitely recommend them. Mike B.

I would recommend Percision Garage door. To anyone looking to repair or race their garage door.They could not of been more friendly or helpful in our choice. We were given the choice of repairing or replacing our door. Seeing our old door was 50 yrs old we chose to replace. We were given great choices both in quality and price. Our installer was Felix and we can not say enough good about him. He is so polite and friendly. Felix is a very hard worker and very knowledgable of the whole garage door systems. A great thank you to Mary in the office too for answering all my email questions and phone calls very promptly and friendly. Thanks again to Felix,Precision is lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working person working for them. We enjoyed having you at our home..GO REDSKINS!

I called Precision Door on a recommendation by my neighbor. Once the appointment time was set, I rec'd an email confirming the appointment window. Mark called me the day of the appointment to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes he was at my door. He evaluated the problem, was honest with me, & did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. He estimated the repair time, got to work and completed the task within the time he said it would take. I would recommend your company to anyone who asked & would definitely call again if your services were needed. Thank you for a job well done!

We were very pleased. When our 26 year old garage door got stuck part way up, was crooked and the track was bent we called Precision based on their web site and promise to come out quickly. While we did have to pay a bit more for same day service, it was worth the cost. The technician call before coming and stopped to pick up any parts he might need. He was able to fix the track, replace the cable, and get it working. He then lubricated the door, checked the unit for possible additional problems and even changed the light bulbs for us. The price was reasonable. We will definitely call them for all garage door issues.

I originally called Precision to repair a broken garage door spring. They scheduled me right away and Dave Mackay came out for the repair. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I decided to have him replace my garage door opener that was over 20 years old. Dave had the new opener and springs installed in no time. Dave and Precision provided prompt courteous service and you can tell the are truly committed to customer service.

Glad I called Precision for our new garage door and opener. Couldn't be more pleased with the look of the door and quietness the opener. We chose Precision Garage Door Service primarily because of the positive reviews on this website and we were certainly not disappointed! While repairing one pre- '93 Liftmaster opener and installing a new Liftmaster opener, our technician, Felix, ran into an issue he had not seen before. He immediately contacted Liftmaster and due to his advocacy, we ended up with a free opener! Precision provided us with excellent service and we could not be happier with Liftmaster for standing by their product (even though it was pre- '93)
