I was very happy with the Precision Door service. Dave was right on time, called me when he was on the way so I did not have to waste any time waiting. He quickly determined the problem, presented me with a variety of options, and fixed the door the way I chose quickly.

This is the second time I have used this service and their name says it all. The first time I had Ron the owner appear at my house and do the service. You can tell a lot by working with the owner of a business and he was great. This time I had Dave Ackley who arrived on time and offered some suggestions as well as giving me the estimate in advance. A very pleasant experience, even if I had to pay for it. Five stars all the way. —Mike Sullivan

Totally satisfied and will certainly recommend Precision to anyone I know who may need garage door work or installation. The service man called before his arrival and was well within the window I was provided when making the appointment the day before. When going over the repair with me he didn't try to oversell or take advantage in any way. He explained everything in detail and in terms that I could understand. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.

Dave was courteous enough to call me right after his job and came over to assess my situation. He found the problem; allowed the door to close and lock. He was also able to measure the doorway and offer me an estimate for new doors, which I was already contemplating.
