During a particularly snowy night, our garage door became unhinged. We called for emergency service and within an hour Ronnie came. In the next hour, he had not only fixed the problems but took the necessary steps to ensure that they won't happen again. To have an issue like this fixed within two hours of making the initial phone call was a huge relief and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be calling Precision for all of our repair, maintenance, and replacement needs.

Called Precision based on a co-worker's recommendation. He spoke highly of Precision! I called and scheduled an appointment to replace my garage door. Ron stopped by at the appointment time and told me straight out that nothing was wrong with my garage door and it would be a shame to replace it. Instead, he recommended a "Tune-Up" -- replace the springs, hardware on the door and balance it. I was thrilled with the idea (BIG SAVINGS!!!!). He sent out Jason to perform the tune up a few hours later and I was amazed!!! My garage door has never run so quiet and it's as light as a feather! I actually feel safe when I need to take the garage door off the electric opener -- it opens very securely and stays in place! I was extremely pleased with the work and the experience with Precision. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

My garage door broke, it is essential around here that we have it. Appreciated the super fast service, less than 24 hours, called at night and they cane out next morning. It was 6:30 PM and we needed our broken garage door spring fixed immediately; we were going out of town early the next morning. I checked in the yellow pages and saw the 24 hr. service advertised by Precision Overhead Garage Door. They answered their phone promptly and said someone would be there within 2 hours. Ron arrived in less than 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained our options and fixed our door quickly and efficiently--the entire experience was awesome. And by the way, it was about 5 degrees and snowy at the time of this service call.
