I reached out to the folks at Precision Door via email when my old garage door opener was acting up. Within a matter of a couple hours, I was provided with all the options for selecting a new opener and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Ron arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We discussed the opener options and he was candid about not selling me a model that I didn't need. Everything was installed and operating within an hour. Ron took time to explain all aspects of the operations of the new opener and he even programmed the auto opener in my car for me. I highly recommend these folks for any garage door needs. I actually need a new door this summer and will be contacting Precision Door for the replacement.

Ron did a great job on fixing my garage door, my tension spring broke and 2 cables,Ron explained to me that a 16ft. garage door should really have two tension spring`s instead of one and that it would be safer.He was at my house early and got the job done fast. I will highly recommend Precision Door service to my friend`s and neighbors and I will call on them again for other work in the near future.

I was amazed that you were able to come out to my home the same day I called and it was on the weekend. I had a very old Craftsman opener that was malfunctioning. I originally called to have this opener and the door adjusted. Felix was very patient by explaining all my options, both in repairing the existing opener and the cost of a new one. I elected to go with a new opener, but never felt pressured by Felix to do so. Felix is an asset to your company. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and seemed to truly enjoy his work. Felix even programmed the factory installed opener I have in my car. I know the value of the opener he installed as I had done my research and had considered doing it myself. But his expertise was worth far more to me than the aggravation I would have incurred and, I could have never adjusted the spring safely or installed the braided cables on the sides, which was the original cause of the malfunction. Lastly, I was floored when Felix told me he had been with your company only about one year. Felix seems far more experienced than that. I would give him a hefty raise in pay! (No, I'm not a relative). Thanks to you, but mostly to Felix. Because of Felix I would hire you again and would refer my friends to your company.

The service I received was excellent. Josh was great. Very friendly, informative and no pressure on anything I didn't need. He listened to me. He let me come out and watch a few times and was not annoyed by that. We even joked with each other. He cleaned up everything when he was done. Garage door opener quit. I looked online and found Precision.I called and they were here in a few hours. Felix was my technician. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. Discussed the options and went with a new Liftmaster opener. Felix installed the opener and adjusted the door. What a difference. So smooth and quiet. When I registered online, There was a $30.00 rebate.What else can you ask for. Great service and good prices.

The technician from Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job to replace a broken spring on the garage door in an emergency situation at 11pm. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accomplished the job in a quality manner. Precision was recommended by my neighbor and they did not let me down. I would highly recommend them in the future.

The door opener that I picked out over the phone was not the one that was installed. I thought that I arrainged a belt driven door opener with a lifetime warrently on the motor and the belt. A chain driven unit was installed. Since I was not able to be home at the time I had a someone meet the technician at the house. In my mind I thought the technician would be informed of the unit I had asked for over the phone. This was not the case, and I am partly responsible for not communicating what I had purchased to my friend that was meeting the technician. I really thought that everything was set up when I made my selection over the phone. Something to consider is to communicate the selection with the technician before they reach the customers house. According to my friend, the technician had no idea what I had selected. This was a learning experience for me. Thank you for your time. Oh and by the way, I do like the new opener.

Thank you very much for your comments, we really appreciate you as our customer. We apologize for any lack of communication on our part. Also, we do record all of our incoming phone calls for training purposes, and since we seemed to have a communication issue we did review this call. We found that our representative did a great job of explaining several opener models for over 8 min's on the phone with our customer. At first our customer stated that she was very interested in the chain drives and that's probably what she wanted. Next our representative explained the belt drive models we offer & prices, and asked for all of the customers information, and continued to schedule the appointment. Our customer did say that the belt drives sounded excellent. Next, our representative answered a few more questions about accessories and prices. At the end of the call, the customer did not give a clear indication of which opener she chose. Our representative listed all options that she talked about on our work order for the technician. We apologize that she did not ask again if the customer had narrowed it down to one choice. She did do a great job of taking the time of about 11 minutes total to accommodate all of our customer's questions. It is unfortunate that the customer's neighbor did not know exactly what opener the customer wanted when our technician arrived to do the work. We really try hard to make all of our customers happy and do really appreciate the comments and feedback to help us improve!

Prompt, knowledgeable, very good service experience. Had called a competitor at approximately 7:30 A.M. and went directly into voice mail. Called Precision after reading a few customer comments and not only did I speak to a Human being, but they were there when they promised and was on my way in about 30 minutes. I can't ask much more than that.
