With one car locked out the garage and one locked in due to a broken garage door, Ronnie was like a knight in a van (rather than on a white horse) he explained the problem, told me what to do to better maintain the cables and life returned to normal quickly. I recommend his work and his integrity.

I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their web site and the testimonials from real customers. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up right on time and explained to me and showed me what was wrong with the door. He gave me two options to fix it - a basic get 'er done option and an option that cost a little more, but would keep the door operating for years to come. (They were very up front about costs from the time I called on the phone for an appointment.) Within less than an hour, my door was fixed and works better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a custom fitted garage door opener installed because I had a wood beam obstructing the path needed to pull open a garage door. The technician that came to my house designed a custom fit and it works perfectly. These guys really know their trade. In addition, both times they came to my house, they came exactly at the time they said they would and the price they charged me was $175 below their original estimate. If you want a professionally installed door, opener, or repair, you need look no further. Call them and let them do what they do and you also will be a very satisfied customer.

We chose Precision initially for a garage door repair. When they arrived, it was determined that a repair would be very difficult (this was no surprise to me). We began looking into new doors and the estimates were very reasonable. With an old house, where everything is some odd size, we were able to find an affordable and great solution with Precision. Overall the experience was fantastic, and Ron and Jason were very helpful and friendly.

We chose Precision based on a number of factors, including: --fully insured --online reviews credible and favorable --pricing estimate, obtained by phone, was reasonable --established company On a bitterly cold day in February, Ron showed up right on time. He worked efficiently, quickly identifying what needed to be done (spring replacement). He had other suggestions, but did not push additional products/services. Next time an overhead spring breaks on a garage door, I'll call Precision.

I wish I could remember the technician's name because he was terrific. He gave us all of our options and explained everything very clearly. He worked quickly and everything works perfectly now. The technician who showed up did so on time, and was very professional. He explained up front what the problems were with the door assembly (10.5 years old), and what items would need to be replaced and at what cost. Only upon getting our agreement, and explaining the warranty policy, did he proceed. He found another broken item later, and said he would need to fix that, and we told him to go ahead. He was done in about 45 minutes. He explained at the end what he fixed, and told us that it should work for 8-10 more years without problems. He also outlined what might break in the next year or two. He informed us that those items were working fine now, and did not need to be replaced right away. Both my wife and I really liked his professional approach.
