Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

Ron and technician installed our garage door quickly, and did a great job. They were nice and pleasant to have on the job. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead, East Rochester. Mary, who works in the office, was very helpful and answered pertinent questions pertaining to the selection of my garage door. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or garage door replacement. Thank you. You're the best.

I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate. Your pricing for the 3280 1/2 HP Belt Drive unit with installation was very affordable, and Josh Arena was very professional with the service he provided.

On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work. We would highly recommend them for your repair needs!

Ron Kull repaired my garage door opener and made some adjustments to the spring and door itself. He got everything working nicely. He is very professional and really knows his business. His price was fair and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation. I could not have been more pleased.

Very happy with the service from Josh. Not only did he fix the problem but he also took the time to explain the options that I could take. The previous company I brought in was more concerned with fixing it fast and then on to the next house.

We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

Awesome job. The Technician (Felix) came over and in a short amount of time was ale to adjust our new garage door opener. I thought that i would need a new system or major adjustment but it was the new opener that was not set properly. He was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I will recommend and call the next time i need your services. Thanks Tydings

I can't say enough good things about the Precision Overhead Garage Door Company! My husband and I are extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency with which owner, Ron Kull, treated us through the process of replacing our garage door and opener. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all of our questions, assisted our consideration of available options, and completed the installation process carefully and thoroughly. Further, we acknowledge and extend our gratitude to telephone receptionist, Mary, for her assistance and effective communication throughout our experience with the company. We happily recommend the Precision Company to anyone in need of services such as those provided by Ronnie and his crew. Sincerely, Keith and Mary Harrison

We needed emergency repair done on our garage door after the spring broke. I called Precision even though it was after hours, and within an hour Ron was at my front door. After quickly assessing the situation, Ron gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed, what was recommended, versus what was not yet necessary to be done, along with the cost estimates. The work was done well and quickly and since then the garage door has been functioning smoother and quieter than I ever remember. Next time I need garage door service, Ron at Precision will be my first call again.

I had a very difficult situation, other door companies said they could not put a door in with my low beams. Ron figured out a way, he then adjusted the doors and the trim and they work great! I'm very happy!
