The technician from Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job to replace a broken spring on the garage door in an emergency situation at 11pm. The door opener that I picked out over the phone was not the one that was installed. I thought that I arrainged a belt driven door opener with a lifetime warrently on the motor and the belt. A chain driven unit was installed. Since I was not able to be home at the time I had a someone meet the technician at the house. In my mind I thought the technician would be informed of the unit I had asked for over the phone. This was not the case, and I am partly responsible for not communicating what I had purchased to my friend that was meeting the technician. I really thought that everything was set up when I made my selection over the phone. Something to consider is to communicate the selection with the technician before they reach the customers house. According to my friend, the technician had no idea what I had selected. This was a learning experience for me. Thank you for your time. Oh and by the way, I do like the new opener.

Prompt, knowledgeable, very good service experience. Had called a competitor at approximately 7:30 A.M. and went directly into voice mail. Called Precision after reading a few customer comments and not only did I speak to a Human being, but they were there when they promised and was on my way in about 30 minutes. I am thoroughly pleased with Precision Door's performance. Having to work long distance to get my garage door/opener replaced, I found their online ad informative and easy to use. Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work.
