My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO

My house was built over 50 years ago with two Overhead Door garage door openers. They performed very well over the years. I have been very satisfied with the product. Mark did a great job repairing the broken spring today. He deserves a raise.

I reported that my gargae door opened by it self and was making a noise with in 45 minutes of placing the call the gentleman was here diagnoised the problem and replaced the door opener, everything was done from the inital call to a finish product. Mark was great. He explained the situation, pointed out more cost effective options (long-term), but also listened and responded to my particular concerns and limited options (short-term). Ultimately he guided me to the best solution for the moment and suggested options for a long-term solution within our local constraints. I saved some money short-term, but more importantly, I'll be back to Precision for the long-term improvement once I have approvals from the Historical district. Awesome service; couldn't ask for anything better.

it was a Sunday morning when the cable on my 24 year old garage door broke. I called Precision and by mid afternoon Mark from Precision had replaced both cables and had my door up and running. Great service all the way around and I would highly recomend them. Will be calling them in the Spring to replace my old door with a new insulated one.

Serviceman showed up early which was no problem; he completed the installation of the new rollers in a timely manner. He also installed a key to use in the event that the garage door power failed. The key and wire disconnects the cable from the motor so that you manually raise the door.

Five Star Rating ! All three of the men (Ron, Gary and Mark) who represented Precision Door during the preparation and installation of our new garage door conducted themselves in a very professional manner and went out of their way to do the job as accurate and professional as it could have been done. Due to unforeseen obstacles, the completion of the job took a bit longer than anticipated, but the quality of the end result outweighed any of that. Thanks for making it a positive experience. Dave

Called Precision and they were extremely helpful in setting up the appointment. Technician Mark came out and performed the install and he was great. He was on time, curteous, did a great job on the install and was thorough. Also, explained how the opener worked and helped me connect it to the already existing keypad. Mark also gave me tips on easy maintenance I could perform to increase the life of the opener and door.

I purchased a special through Angies list- a full inspection with new rollers. The technician arrived early, was very courteous, professional and completed the job promptly. He balanced the door, and we discussed replacing the springs. He had time to replace the springs within the same appointment. I am very pleased with the end result and will use this company again.

My garage door opener failed on a Wednesday. I called Precision that afternoon. The next day Technician Mark came out and repaired it in about a half hour. The price was very fair and Mark was a great technician! Another thing I liked was that I could see a picture of Mark on the Precision website so it was easy to identify him when he arrived. Precision is a great place in every regard!

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.

Mark did a awesome job on our garage doors, the day he did the install was less than perfect to say the least, probably the hottest most humid day of the summer. Both of your technicians were polite and did there job well. They explained what had gone wrong and what would help keep our door working better and we had them replaced the rollers. Also I asked them about a garage door opener and they gave me advice and price of each kind. Again, they seemed to like their job and working with people.
