Hi, my name is Mark. I have 3 great children, two boys and a daughter. When I'm not working, we love fishing, camping, and most sports- hockey, soccer, and golf. My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. This is the first time I've used Precision but will call them again for door service. The appointment was convenient and the technician was prompt and efficient. I had called because I noticed frayed cables and the door made some odd noises. He replaced cables, aligned pulleys and lubricated everything.

I can't say enough great things about the work that was done to fix my totally broken garage door. The repairman came on a Saturday, was extremely polite, considerate and knew exactly what needed to be done. His work was excellent.

A number of years ago, my daughter called you on a Sunday. She was a new customer. You came and fixed their door on a Sunday night! A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both Techs, Ron and Mark involved in the estimate and completion of the work done on my garage. When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door. Mark did a great installation job on the door and new opener and made sure I understood all the features. I would definitely recommend them. Mike B.

I called Precision Door on a recommendation by my neighbor. Once the appointment time was set, I rec'd an email confirming the appointment window. Mark called me the day of the appointment to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes he was at my door. He evaluated the problem, was honest with me, & did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. He estimated the repair time, got to work and completed the task within the time he said it would take. I would recommend your company to anyone who asked & would definitely call again if your services were needed. Thank you for a job well done!

5 stars Two new single-car garage doors and belt-drive openers were installed by two technicians working side-by-side. Removed and took away 37 year old wooden doors and openers. Completed on a Saturday morning in about 3 hours. Impressive to watch! Very satisfied with the quality of the products and installation.

We had a dent in the door that was hit by our hired plow man. The garage door made a horrible sound so we called Precision Door to come out to look at it .We have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied. Mark Sherman came out and replaced the roller that popped out and told us the panel was bent but could be used but not sure how long it would work till it pop's out again. It was about a week so we called again and we met Ron and ordered a new door!! Everyone was so professional ,honest and wonderful to work with. finally Drew installed garage door and opener in a speedy and professional manner . I will give five stars to all!!!!! And the product is awesome too!!!!

Garage spring broke on our door and I called Precision. was given an appointment the very next day. The technician called prior to the specified time to let me know that he would be there within a 1/2 hour. Mark, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. He offered a couple of options and explained each in detail, with no pressure sales tactic. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the process from appointment to having the door fixed. All companies should be this good..

So glad I called Precision. During this cold February, by garage door opener wouldn't open. I called, and that day Mark was there. Luckily it was a simple repair and was taken care of quickly. Mark was very courteous and nice to chat with for a bit. I will definitely call this summer to get a tune -up done.

We have used Precision on multiple occasions and we have always been happy with their service. This time around, the winter weather finally caught up with our old garage and our cable snapped, leaving our door suspended and jammed. Our service was immediate; repairs were made as well as pressure-free recommendations. Their fees are extremely reasonable and everything was back up and running within an hour.
