Felix was the first Tech that came out for the estimate. he was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. no hassle, no pressure. Gave me the literature and let me decide. Mark came out to do the work a couple weeks later. excellent work. cleaned up after themselves. did not try to sell me an opener I didn't need, very courteous . definitely recommend. very reasonable. way better than the big box store.

I am extremely happy with how seamless and easy your company makes it to get repairs done. I had my aging garage door opener replaced along with the keypad and other openers. Mark Sherman and his partner were top notch technicians displaying professionalism and efficiency. They took about an hour to complete the task and I could not be happier. This is the second time I have had precision do work for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased a garage door and opener from Precision and were very pleased. They recommended Precision to me. Ron was prompt for the appointments for both our estimate and the installation. He has an excellent knowledge of his products. I was impressed by his professionalism as well as the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to push us towards particular products or to try to close the sale quickly. The installation of the garage door and opener were done on the date and time promised. The work was done very well and the door and opener work very well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs either new products or repairs.

I was very satisfied with precision. I found them the first time about a year ago on angle's list. They fixed my garage door opener. The technicians was very knowledgeable. This last time I had a spring break called precision to have it repaired. They responded quickly to my call, the owner showed up to take a look at everything for me. I ended up getting a new door with that is amazing. Mark our technician was amazing. I would recommend precision for any garage door needs.

I was having significant issues with my old garage door; I was not sure what needed to be done. I had Mark S. from Precision out to take a look. In no time he had the problem diagnosed, I needed a whole new opener. He stayed past 6pm to ensure everything was installed and running properly. The new system he installed is much quieter and runs very smooth. I would highly recommend Mark and Precision Garage Door.

I was very happy with the service from my initial inquiry through the door installation and beyond. The responsiveness was terrific, as was the opportunity to have the door installed on a weekend. Mark did a great job installing the door and returning promptly to make a minor adjustment at my request. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Precision Door.

Had an issue with door 'bouncing'. Mark and friend (nice young man) lubed and adjusted the door. They were punctual and very nice. I've used Precision in the past and would most definitely recommend. Mary from the office was super too. :)

I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.
