I had precision install a garage door on 3/16/12 and I just wanted to say what a great job that the precision team did. First when Ron came out on a Saturday to show us and tell us our options he was very honest and knowledgeable. Second when Mark came and installed the door he was very efficient and fun to talk to. The technician from Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job to replace a broken spring on the garage door in an emergency situation at 11pm. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accomplished the job in a quality manner. Precision was recommended by my neighbor and they did not let me down. I would highly recommend them in the future.

I am thoroughly pleased with Precision Door's performance. Having to work long distance to get my garage door/opener replaced, I found their online ad informative and easy to use. They had an 800 number I could call and, as advertized, I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. They were quick to go to the site and give me an estimate, and within a couple of days had the new door and opener installed at a time that was convenient to my renter. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I found Precision on line and liked the reviews and also liked the location , because it's near to my home....Mark Sherman was FABULOUS!!!!!! 5 Stars.!!!!!! He came when he told us he would, put a new door in and a new opener and was very neat and professional. I'm not too good with technology, but with Marks help he showed me all the instructions and made it easy for me to understand....Give Mark a HUGE raise ! My dealings with your firm over the past several years have been very positive, including repairs and, most recently, replacement of the door and the opener. The technician this last time, Mark Sherman, was very prompt, considerate and always concerned that the job be done properly and entirely to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. He spent extra time on a lingering problem, which I appreciated. I now get to enjoy the sound--or, I should say, the LACK of sound--of the garage door opening and closing smoothly.
