My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. After Rolly-Door the door doctor informed me it would cost $300.00 just to come out for a broken spring around 11pm (they increased the price to discourage me from having them come out after business hrs) I decided to call Precision. Not only did Precision answer the phone after 11pm but also was going to come out 1-2 am to fix my broken spring. Because of Mark's excellent workmanship and Ron's honesty about which door opener to decide on, not only did I have Mark repair my broken spring, but I purchased and had Mark install a door opener as well. Let this be a lesson to all the other garage door business owners is if you don't provide a certain level of customer service and honesty, your customers will soon dry up and do business elsewhere. As long as Ron is still in charge of his business and has Mark on his team, I'll still be doing business with Precision. Excellent company and team work!

Outstanding service! The spring on my garage door broke. Mark came to the house on time, and explained to me the type of door I had, in addition to the spring, Mark did a thorough evaluation check of the doors other components (cables, bearings, rollers, etc.). Mark explained to me the various options I had in repairing the door and the associated cost and specific warranties without any "sales pressure". I chose to have a complete "overhaul of the door (replace bearings, springs, and rollers). The door is much quieter now, and run very smooth. I recommend Precision door service- I am very pleased the job Mark performed.

Mark did his best to repair our ancient garage door opener. When that proved impossible, he gave us good information regarding our choices. He installed a new opener, checked out the opener on our other door, adjusted and lubed everything, and left our garage neat and clean. We needed our garage door opener repaired or replaced. I had previous experience with Precision and am always impressed with their website. So I called. The tech came out and without high pressure sales tactics informed us our opener could'nt be repaired (because it was so old, it no longer met code). He gave us the options and then proceeded to quickly and expertly install a new opener. He (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and neat and ultimately left us with a quiet and reliable opener that we'll enjoy for a long time.

"I had a bizarre problem with my garage door openers and I felt that the only resolution was replacement. I called my usual garage door repair service and they said they were busy and would call back in a few days. After a week I called them a second time and they said the same thing. After another week I called Precision and Mark Sherman was out the next day installed new openers, programmed them to my specs and gave me a very good introduction to the unit. Price was right about what I expected and I was quite pleased with the operation. I have only one tiny complaint and that was with the outside control boxes. The port where you pair the box with the remote is a tiny rubber flap and it keeps popping open. If it stays open it will corrode and be useless. There is really nothing wrong with the box except its a bad design. I'll just put a glob of Silicon on the rubber flap and it will be just fine. It would be fine to let the supplier know. Thanks for the great work Oh and the other place still hasn't called back!

Ron came earlier than expected, after calling first, which was nice. Saw immediately that door was out of whack and made good suggestions. New door opener, key pad,etc were installed quickly. The tech, Mark, did a great job and was good in explaining the equipment. Well done. Saw your ad in the yellow pages, had good reviews. Plus you are "local".
