Phil did an absolutely outstanding job putting in our new garage door. Besides that, he was also such a nice person. If we ever need anything else from Precision, I'll ask for Phil. Thank you all so very much. We love our new garage door from Precision.

Tech was very personable and honest. Did not have a chain drive garage door opener so the service has not yet been performed.

I was most gratified at the work the technician did; he was courteous, helpful, extremely understanding. I will be happy to use your service the next time I need work done--and for an upgrade in locking--whatever it entails and I am happy to recommend your company. I had seen the ratings of previous customers, which inspired my choice of your company, and I am glad I did.

Precision came quickly and was clear and concise about what my options were. Phil was quick and expeditious in completing the work and telling me how to follow up in the future if anything was needed, he also gave me a few tips on how best to care for my new parts to keep them optimally functioning. Overall a quick and efficient experience, highly recommend!

I was originally told that the earliest appointment available would be the next day after 5:00. I was completely surprised when Phil called and said he had completed everything he needed for the day and was able to come over right away. He came in and did an assessment of the problems and gave me a quote to get my door working. He also showed me some areas of concern. I approved the basic work and plan on him coming back to do the maintenance still needed. Phil did a great job communicating everything that needed repair. He had a great attitude and was very professional. Great job!

The service was excellent that I received from Phil Mormon, the technician that came to fix my garage door. He assessed the issues and took the time to go over each one with me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and honest on what my options were. 12 years ago when we needed a new garage door and our friend suggested Precision, we have been pleased with the couple of service calls where a technician was needed. Thank you for great service.

Top notch service. Your technician, Phil, did a great job explaining everything and making the repairs quickly. My setup was over 20 years old so the repair was definitely overdue. Your prices are very reasonable and your staff is very professional.

I must say, Precision Door Service proved to be an excellent choice to replace the springs on my garage door. Using their on-line appointment scheduler I was able to secure a visit the very next day. No issue whatsoever. Phil M. showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to work up a quote for the work. The price, I thought, was more than fair and Phil accomplished the work within an hour. He was friendly, professional and meticulous. He also explained carefully the options I had without overselling. I could not have selected a better company. A good experience.

Phil was professional and courteous. I appreciated his honesty in telling me that the problem is most likely an electrical issue and that I should call an electrician. He did not charge me for the service call which says a lot about him and Precision Door!
