The spring on one of my garage doors suddenly broke and the door could not open. I called Precision for a repair. Upon arrival the technician Phil Mormon looked over the issues with the door. He gave me several options to consider from repair to the replacement of the door. He clearly explained all of the details necessary to make an informed decision. I decided to replace the door and the additional door in my garage based on their age and condition. Less than a week later Phil returned to replace the doors. They look beautiful and better yet work perfect. I have used Precision many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I have also referred them to my friends and neighbors who share my pleasure with their work and products. Thank you again for a job well done.

I have used Precision Door Service to replace my aged garage door and service it when the cables need to be replaced. They come when they say they will, call if they can be early or are running a bit behind (having saved another customer). Your website is well organized and effectively presented. The 5-star rating further encouraged my call. Your team's effective communications reinforced those good initial impressions. My garage door opener issues turned out to be minor, thankfully. Phil Mormon worked quickly - finding a problem with the sights not working properly, testing all my controls (even extending the reach of one and remounting it), changing the light bulbs, and completing a full inspection, all in about a half hour, and for the same fair amount the scheduler announced and Phil confirmed before starting the job. I will definitely recommend your company should the opportunity arise.

Very punctual. Appointment was as promised. Phone rep. and service man very polite. Job completed in assigned timeline. Company had the parts on the truck. Gave only 3 stars, because, I felt the parts were terribly overinflated. Service tech was relatively new on job, was probably why he left greasy finger prints on the outside of garage door. Lastly, you don't put your tools on the customers settee with seat cushions. No harm, but a service tech has to be aware of these things.
