The service was exceptional! The man who came was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the options. And he was patient! It was a day when several other things had broken and I wasn’t in the best mood thinking of the additional repairs on the to do list! He put it all in a positive perspective! I’m not sure how, but he did!

Phil Mormon the service technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest in his evaluation of our broken garage door mechanics. He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

The spring on one of my garage doors suddenly broke and the door could not open. I called Precision for a repair. Upon arrival the technician Phil Mormon looked over the issues with the door. He gave me several options to consider from repair to the replacement of the door. He clearly explained all of the details necessary to make an informed decision. I decided to replace the door and the additional door in my garage based on their age and condition. Less than a week later Phil returned to replace the doors. They look beautiful and better yet work perfect. I have used Precision many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I have also referred them to my friends and neighbors who share my pleasure with their work and products. Thank you again for a job well done.

Torsion spring broke late on Thursday. Called in and a courteous rep got me on the schedule. Phil arrived during an absolute blizzard - consummately professional and friendly. Explained everything top to bottom and end to end, and got my door up (AND down) running again. Thanks Phil, and precision team!

We were impressed that the owner was on the web site, and that the company was local. When I called the company, the secretary was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely recommend Phil and your company to our friends and neighbors.

I have used Precision Door Service to replace my aged garage door and service it when the cables need to be replaced. They come when they say they will, call if they can be early or are running a bit behind (having saved another customer). All the repair men have been very polite and explain what is amiss and the solution. I highly recommend them!
