I ordered the service on our 2 garage opening remotes 2 days ago, and wasn’t quite sure if they will show up on Sunday.. However, they not only came exactly on time, but fixed the problem and explained how to prevent it in future. Ron was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the company to order the service.

The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

The people at Precision are awesome! They answered our call the day after Thanksgiving and were at our house the very next day. They were polite, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. They didn’t even charge us because it was such a simple fix. We would 100% recommend Precision!

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem. Thank you Ron. (If we call again, send Ron, it deserved a tip at least for his evaluation)

Precision Door has great customer service. They were able to get my emergency service done on time and quickly. They are friendly and fair. All the pricing was upfront and explained once they knew what was wrong. They had the right parts to fix it immediately. They were also very careful as my cars were not able to be moved out until the door was repaired

Called three different companies. Precision was within the price range and they came in a day. The others were scheduling out 2 weeks. Ron came out on a Sunday and installed a new opener and did a great job. Very happy with the service and would recommend Precision to others.

We were able to schedule someone to look at our broken (but still working) door within a couple of days. Rom showed up on time, and fixed it in a snap. While the door obviously need replacing, there was no pressure to buy a new one. Couldn't be happier. Frank .

Ron came out same day and replaced the torsion spring, cables and door operator on our very heavy 16’ door. I highly recommend Precision door as they did an excellent job and didn’t overcharge us, Ron even offered a veterans discount. Thank you!! John and Lisa S.

Ron installed my new garage door opener quickly and efficiently. He explained it's use and how to install and use the app to be able to control it from my phone. Couldn't possibly ask for more- and I just love how quietly it works. Thank you so much!

I asked Precision for an appointment for a low-level problem. Ron arrived the next day, talked me through the problem (that wasn't really a problem), made a quick tweak, chatted with me about dogs we've owned, and went on with his day with a happy customer in his rear view mirror!

Referral from my brother. He was very happy with the service, installation and quality of the door. I am following my brother's advice which is purchasing the highest quality door. Ron Kull, the owner, was very responsive, provided the options for a garage door, gave me a quote and I ordered. All of this happened within 30 minutes. He also fixed an issue I was having with my current garage door "eye" which was unrelated to the purchase of the new door. I will have my new door installed within the month.

Ron showed up on time and was very informative. I thought I needed a new motor and it turned out that it was some adjustments and greasing on the my old garage door that was needed. He was able to get a little more time out of my old door. He’s given me an estimate on a new one when my garage door finally won’t open. I’ll probably go with his company he was very fair on the price of the repair he did,and was very nice about explaining everything.

Ron provides exceptional customer service and was able to diagnose my problem very quickly. He provided two quotes to provide to my home owners insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. The quote that I received from Ron was much lower than the other quote that I received.
