Very honest and forthcoming about options, pricing is competitive, only reason I didn't choose Ron was because the OEM door manufacturer he supports didnt have a particular color doo I wanted.

Excellent company ! I’ve had the pleasure of having them out to service my door, showed up when they said they would, repair was done timely and correctly! Most recently Ron came by to go they what I would need to do to replace the door all costs, time frame, and took the time to explain every option without the “sign here “ pressure!

Highly recommend! 24/7 service. I called at 8am on a Friday and my service was completed by 10:30am. Owner Ron was friendly, kind, and professional. No sales pitch at all. Great work at a fair price. Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00. The repair cost was very reasonable. An excellent experience.. same as when the door was purchased from and installed by Precision.

I called on a Friday afternoon about a broken spring on my garage door and spoke with a very professional person who set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call Saturday morning and they shared that it could be done earlier. Ron showed up on time and repaired the door quickly and efficiently and it is working great! My experience with Ron today was excellent. Ron was very knowledgeable, professional & efficient in his work. He, rectified a problem, that was overseen a couple of months ago, when Precision did work for me. I appreciated his honesty. There is nothing better than a company who stands behind their work. I would use & recommend Precision in the future.
