The tech called before arrival providing time window on-site which was in agreed appointment time. He didn't have an additional piece that was needed because my doors were not installed correctly (not by Precision Doors) so he drove an hour back to the shop and returned same day and fixed both my doors. While fixing one door the spring broke and he replaced it free of charge! Excellent and fast customer service, highly recommended!!

Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way.
