Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or distracted from his job. I am very impressed with Precision Door...from my initial contact with Mary who answered the phone to the prompt emergency repair visit that same night! I would recommend Precision to ANYONE looking for kind professional garage door work! BRAVO Precision Door!!!

We had a main spring go on our garage door. We called Precision and asked for Dave (he took care of my parents place as well). Dave showed up, made a quick assessment, gave us a few options, wrote up an estimate and completed the repair in very timely fashion. So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.

I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a reliable service provider.

The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. The repair was made quickly and all in all the service was professional and everyone we had contact with was courteous. Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

Had new 16 foot garage door installed as a replacement for the old beat up door. Very happy with price, service and total installation of new track and torsion bar.
