Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning. We called Precision (and others) - Precision quoted us a time and cost to come out on Saturday and advised that they would improve if they could - which they did! (btw, the other companies we called NEVER returned our calls.) Ron was very professional and helpful. We are / were very pleased with his company and service. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job.
