I was very pleased with the outcome of my dilemma. I was experiencing a problem with my garage door, it simply wouldn't stay closed, so after tweaking every adjustment possible I made the decision to call a professional. Mark showed up, but first calling to inform me that he would be a few minutes late and it was only a few minutes and he had by door issue taken care in less than 10mins. Outstanding & very professional.

"I had a bizarre problem with my garage door openers and I felt that the only resolution was replacement. I called my usual garage door repair service and they said they were busy and would call back in a few days. After a week I called them a second time and they said the same thing. After another week I called Precision and Mark Sherman was out the next day installed new openers, programmed them to my specs and gave me a very good introduction to the unit. Price was right about what I expected and I was quite pleased with the operation. I have only one tiny complaint and that was with the outside control boxes. The port where you pair the box with the remote is a tiny rubber flap and it keeps popping open. If it stays open it will corrode and be useless. There is really nothing wrong with the box except its a bad design. I'll just put a glob of Silicon on the rubber flap and it will be just fine. It would be fine to let the supplier know. Thanks for the great work Oh and the other place still hasn't called back!
