Very pleased with the garage door repair. Although checked ‘no product purchased’ , the item wasn’t listed. I purchased a new rubber gasket assembly. Arrived in a timely manner and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Not sure what was wrong with my door, started down and then back up. Eric came out on a Sunday morning. On time, called ahead, that is so professional! After some investigating and testing, Eric thinks my sensors were a little out of alignment. Asssured me he would be back if any further difficulty.

Your website was easy to navigate and use and was very helpful in designing the door we wanted. Mary, the office manager, and Ron the owner who came to our house, were both very personable helpful and thorough. We have purchased a door from Precision and look forward to having it installed.

Dave Ackley stopped by 37 Albemarle St. to check out the wooden garage door which is 70 yrs old. He lubricated the tracks to help the wheels roll smoother. He was informative regarding the door. He referred us to another garage door company who might possess a supply of older springs, tracks and door lock. He was all one might ask for in any business man, helpful and honest. He represents well the Precision Door Service Co. Thank You for your honesty. Ben Antonelli

Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. That made sense to me. irate service a 5 star
