Absolutely outstanding speed of service and exceptionally professional service technician. I called with a broken main spring and both cars locked in the garage at around 1:30 PM, by 6PM repairs were complete and life returned to normal. After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. Even though I gave him a bunch of grief (and I was wrong) he did a great job of fixing my door, was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the service. Turns out he was a N.Y. Giants fan, as am I. The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. Dave Ackley is clearly experienced, very professional and completed our repair as promised. In addition to the repair, he checked the door and track assembly and lubricated the moving parts. Dave also explained how to maintain the door and what to look for as it ages. Great job!

I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. He had it adjusted and lubed the spring and rollers before I could get out of my truck. I would not hesitate to call again.
