My spring snapped on my garage door and I was referred to Precision by a friend who used them and said they are great. They were! I called at 8 am and they were at my house at 3! On time, personable - took care of it in 20 minutes!!! Great service - would use them again and highly recommend. Reasonable price!

Mark Sherman was our technician for the repairs and then we requested him for the installation of the garage door openers. Called Precision at 4pm, they had the spring (and some associated parts) replaced before the time of the appointment. There was a charge for emergency service, but I'd expect that when you're asking someone to show up after ours. The technician left the parts and provided an explanation of what was broken. Door is working just fine

After scheduling for an emergency service, we were called to say there was a new opening to service our door earlier. The service man called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He was prompt and inspected everything to be sure that the gear replacement was all that was needed. He explained what was needed and what the options were. I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door service. Eric was here tonight for a few hours repairing my door with new springs and modifying an odd apparatus that was installed by the previous owner to open a double-sized door from one side. The normal access to the springs and opening equipment was almost inaccessible. He had to permanently modify his tools to accommodate my abnormal door, and without hesitation, he cut off lengths of his torque release/tension rods in order to release/apply tension to the springs. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and determination through some unforeseen challenges to complete the job! He was extremely professional, and will request him specifically to perform all my garage door service from now on. Thanks a bunch!
