Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! This is how a traditional business adapts to the modern world by leveraging online tools such as Chat now and taking advantage of introducing the company and its employees on its web page. In the past I automatically called the company that installed my garage doors simply because that is the first number I found on the sticker on my door, however this time my door broke on a Saturday, and my traditional service was not open. Precision made it easy for me to find them with a simple search that showed me consistent 5 star ratings which brought me to their site. From there I used chat and within seconds someone answered, within minutes I had a service call scheduled for later that day, and within seconds form there I received an email confirming the time of my appointment and the name of the service individual, Dave Ackley, who was scheduled to perform the repair. Dave Ackley phoned that he could be at my house a little earlier than estimated which worked out fine. Dave diagnosed the issue, offered me the estimate for the work, and provided me with other options that I might be interested in. The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and would use again.

This is the second time I have used your company for a garage door issue. I have been extremely pleased with the integrity and work one by each technician (I have had Dave and Drew). They give an honest assessment and advice. The work is done well and in a timely manner. They,also, have been early to the appointment both times after calling ahead. I would certainly use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was very satisfied with precision. I found them the first time about a year ago on angle's list. They fixed my garage door opener. The technicians was very knowledgeable. This last time I had a spring break called precision to have it repaired. They responded quickly to my call, the owner showed up to take a look at everything for me. I ended up getting a new door with that is amazing. Mark our technician was amazing. I would recommend precision for any garage door needs.

Definitely put this company on your list for garage door service. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner himself did the spring repair. Ron arrived soon after I placed my call. He explained the situation, was very personable and professional. The charge was fair and reasonable. Excellent customer service all around!

I called Precision when the left spring of our garage door broke, I set up and appointment and received a call from Drew stating that he was on his way and would be there in about 25 Minutes. He was actually about 15 minutes early and explained what needed to be done. He gave me 3 options of what to do and then took corrective action. He was able to repair the door in about an hour and a half. I works great now. Thanks.

I was having significant issues with my old garage door; I was not sure what needed to be done. I had Mark S. from Precision out to take a look. In no time he had the problem diagnosed, I needed a whole new opener. He stayed past 6pm to ensure everything was installed and running properly. The new system he installed is much quieter and runs very smooth. I would highly recommend Mark and Precision Garage Door.

Drew was right on time and actually called earlier to move things ahead for me. He explained the nature of the work needing to be done. Drew had to crawl under my garage door to access the inside - not easy! The work was completed about an hour. I highly recommend Drew and Precision Door.

amazing service! I called at 6:30 AM that our garage door was inoperable, with both of our cars in the garage and not even the manual engage would work. Ron had someone out to the house by 9:00AM! Drew was the tech and he was great! I will not use another garage door service now that I discovered Precision and I have already told several people what a great service it was. Drew had installed broken springs and cables and I still made it to work on time.

my torque/spring bar fail with a broken spring. I call Precision door repair and today Drew Stewart came to my house and put in a new spring/torque system. An expert repair man that knows doors and very much a gentleman. I enjoy people who do no swear. Drew was that kind of man. I would give him a "5" on a scale of one to five.
