We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Very quick scheduling of garage door springs replacement and prompt arrival by technician Mark Sherman at scheduled appointment date/time. Mark was extremely polite, professional, very knowledgeable, and performed a very efficient job replacing my garage door springs. I was impressed by the care Mark took to closely scrutinize the movement of the garage door after replacing the springs, and he took the time to re-check and appropriately adjust the tension of the springs for optimal door operation and ease of use. Mark was very personable throughout the appointment and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had regarding the installation process, safety, and parts & installation costs. Dave and helper were here on time - assessed the problem with my aging door opener. Gave me two options to remedy the problem. A new motor, track etc. were installed. Felix was the first Tech that came out for the estimate. he was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. no hassle, no pressure. Gave me the literature and let me decide. Mark came out to do the work a couple weeks later. excellent work. cleaned up after themselves. did not try to sell me an opener I didn't need, very courteous . definitely recommend. very reasonable. way better than the big box store.

Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!
