He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. We had Precision Door Service of Rochester at our home initially for two garage door repairs. And then scheduled another service call for installation of two new garage door openers. Mark Sherman was our technician for the repairs and then we requested him for the installation of the garage door openers. Called Precision at 4pm, they had the spring (and some associated parts) replaced before the time of the appointment. There was a charge for emergency service, but I'd expect that when you're asking someone to show up after ours. The technician left the parts and provided an explanation of what was broken. Door is working just fine

After scheduling for an emergency service, we were called to say there was a new opening to service our door earlier. The service man called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He was prompt and inspected everything to be sure that the gear replacement was all that was needed. He explained what was needed and what the options were.
