Our garage door broke fairly late one evening and the technician from Precision Door Service came out at 9pm -- I was so pleased as the door wouldn't close. The technician was very friendly and answered any questions we asked, explained the work he was going to do and made sure we were happy with that. I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name. we're very, very pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision Door Service in the furure.

We recently had a problem with our garage door. I called some other garage door people before you, my mistake. They were all to busy to come out and see my problem. After calling you , you sent someone that same day (David MacKay). This individual was very professional. You should be glad that you have someone like him working for you. We still can't get over how quiet the door is. If in the future I have any more problems with my door you will be the first one that I call. Again David was great and answered any questions that we had.

When searching for a door, I called three different companies. We were having multiple issues with our garage door and opener. Felix came and evaluated the whole situation. He presented our options and we made the decision to install a new opener. He was extremely professional and personable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. (and at a fair price) We're very pleased and will recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.
