Amidst the March 2017 winter storm that hit out region, our garage door spring broke. I called Precision for repair in the early evening. I inquired about emergency services and they offered me service that evening. Dave A. was great. He prompted me with a call and was extremely friendly upon arrival. This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !
