Had an issue with door 'bouncing'. Mark and friend (nice young man) lubed and adjusted the door. They were punctual and very nice. I've used Precision in the past and would most definitely recommend. Mary from the office was super too. :)

Called and made an appt to get prices on a new door.Ron was delayed but called to inform me when he would be there.Very friendly professional. Talked doors told him what my wife wanted and he worked it up on his tablet -very nice. The only merchant out of 3 that did that. Explained prices sent me an email with the pricing which was very clear. PRECISION WAS THE LOWEST PRICE OF THE THREE FOR THE SAME DOORS AND INSTALL!! VERY PLEASED - WILL BE CALLING YOU! The entire process was enjoyable with Precision! Ron came out for my estimate. Then on the day of installation for my new 17-ft garage door, Ron came out first thing in the morning to remove the old doors and hardware so the contractor could get to work turning my two doors into one. Then Drew came back to finish the job. They were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Precision to everyone I know.

We chose Precision because one of our friends had just had their garage door opener replaced by Precision and highly recommended them. we certainly understand why they raved about their service! Our technician was Ron. He was timely (actually a bit early which was great), friendly, and took the time to explain what the problems were that we were experiencing and what our options were to fix them. Ron was certainly not pushy...a pure professional! We appreciated the time he took to review the operating instructions of the new garage door opener we purchased...which by the way is wonderful - quiet, sleek and did I say quiet? In a nutshell....Ron was awesome! We'll be telling our friends to call Precision!!!

The entire scenario of the initial call, Ron's visit for a quote, and Dave's installation for the new garage doors and opener -- all this was terrific, awesome, professional, and exceeding all expections. I cannot imagine using anyone else for garage door concerns. Dave was early, so instead of nursing any personal concerns via cell phone or otherwise, he simply volunteered to help me with the moving of the final items out of the way and out of the garage. What a great fellow! Then he methodically went on to install doors and opener all the while having a beyond A+ attitude plus clearly knowing completely what he was doing. Bottom line I want Dave to consider expanding his services to all elements of home repair & remodel, all automotive and boating repairs and fixes, plus maybe he could do some dentistry & medicine, etc., etc., that is -- this guy was fabulosooooooooooooo.... what an assest to the company-- he should clearly deserve extra entries into the company's monthly drawings for employee fishing retreats to the mountain lakes & of course the company's annual employee drawings for the south seas Bahamas trips!!!

I called to schedule an appointment for a cable repair on my garage door, and unexpectedly, received same-day service! I was quite happy with that! My installer was Dave, and he assessed the hardware and pointed out that all was old and should be replaced, especially with it being a heavy wooden garage door, and the frequency of it's use. I never felt suspicious that he was trying to up-sell, to make the visit more worth-while to the business - he just offered a common-sense evaluation, and I was sold on the spot! The work was exemplary, and the door works the best it's ever worked! I will definitely recommend the company to anyone that needs your service!

Called last night because our overhead garage door spring broke. We were AMAZED they offered to come out to fix it immediately. We made an appointment for this morning and Dave, the tech came out at 8am and replaced the springs and had door full operational within a reasonably short period of time. I really appreciated how quickly you arranged to come check our door. I had a freak accident where I was backing out of the garage and it started to close, hitting my car. My husband had gotten the door back into its tracks, and the technician showed us where it was structurally weakened and gave us a straightforward appraisal of its likely life span. He didn't pressure us to get a new door immediately but gave us an estimate, so we know what we'll need to do when the time comes. I really appreciated that he gave us the information we needed to decide what was best to do, which in this case was to carry on until the door gives up then buy a new one.

This is the third time I have used Precision and I want to tell you how pleased we have been! The technician called before arriving (on time!) and was great at explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. I had a new (replaced old garage door opener) garage door opener installed. It is so quet, and runs smoothly. My technician Dave Mackay was excellent!! I was very happy with the service from my initial inquiry through the door installation and beyond. The responsiveness was terrific, as was the opportunity to have the door installed on a weekend. Mark did a great job installing the door and returning promptly to make a minor adjustment at my request. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Precision Door.
