Called for same day service. My old garage door came off the track, and was hung up half open. Technician arrived within a few hours, helped me get my car outdoors, and the old garage door closed. Five stars for sure! Same day service… a very cold, busy day at that. I was first told that it would have to be "after 5" and more expensive because of the emergency timing… but got a call back to tell me that the technician would be able to come earlier and it wouldn't cost as much. THAT never happens! When he arrived, Mr. Mackay was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Job was done in a short time and all is working well now.

I was very pleased with the service Precision provided. For a few weeks I was having trouble on and off with my garage door not going up all the way. Although the technician (Dave Mackay) did not find anything essentially wrong, he did make an adjustment and lubricated some areas. It is working fine now. I was also glad to have everything checked over for proper functioning. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues; they are extremely professional and honest. I would rate them a 5.

Ron came and assessed the situation and recommended a product that would work for me. A few days later the installer came and I was in business! He did a great job. I am so happy with the opener. I always wait some time before writing a review to make sure everything is working well. I'm happy to say I just love my new garage door & automatic opener. It runs so smooth & is so quiet. The install was great too. Very professional and very patient in answering all my questions while still keeping busy doing the work. Original problem was a broken lower bracket on one side. At the technician's recommendation, I elected to have the brackets and rollers replaced. The work done was very professional and the door is working very well now, much better than before.

I had a emergency call that Sunday and your tech Dave was outstanding. We live very close in the area so he was able to do the job earlier which was like half time for us on football Sunday. He was done within an 1hr max. Took his time to look over the entire garage. And even clean up the rollers for me to last longer down the road. Only thing i would suggest to you, on your coupons which i wanted to use i was told i could not use it. Be aware that there are no RESTRICTIONS listed on your site or coupon print out about not able to use on weekends or service calls...etc. But all in all, the service was flawless and Dave was just a superb tech. I will def keep you in mind for future use. Thank You

Dave was my technician. Liked they had pictures on web site & appointment confirmation so I knew who was coming. Timeframe was between 1 and 3, he called at 12:50 said he would be there in about 20 minutes and he was. All I knew was that my door wouldn't go up more than 6 inches. Dave quickly diagnosed a broken spring also my rollers were corroding. He gave me the option of having the springs replaced - which would get the door working or I could also have the rollers replaced. He gave me the price for both options. He also told me the potential impact on my garage door opener. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I chose the springs & rollers and he was done within an hour. Door works great - I'm a very satisfied customer.

The service at Precision is 2nd to none. We have had some issues with our equipment not working in very cold weather. Both times we have called the technician he has remedied the issue and has not charged us. The garage door is very quiet and you cannot hear it inside the house. Very helpful if you have little kids who take naps and dogs that bark!

I chose Precision by chance (Google search). I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. And, even more impressed with the quality of the service call & the very reasonable pricing! Work done: I just purchased a new home & the garage door opener was installed incorrectly by the previous owners, so the remotes did not work & the garage door would only work by holding down the button the entire time. I was unable to park in my garage. The Precision technician fixed the problem & showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I would definitely recommend them!

They were on time and very professional. Felix replaced the drive gear in our garage door opener and offered to tune up the door tracks so that it now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Would highly recommend and will call again if needed for service or door replacement.
