Ron reviewed problems with original door. Explained potential hazard with old door. He suggested we consider the series 2000 panel door. The next visit Mark removed all original hardware and doors. Josh installed the new door and trim. This team knows garage doors! They are Friendly, neat and great clean up as the job was completed. We Strongly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service starting with the estimate of services to be performed. We discussed all options such as repair or replacing with brand new materials. Sales pitch was not "pushy". oUTSTANDING SERVICE! I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES FOR REPAIR AND DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. THOUGH I ONLY NEEDED MY DOOR OPENER REPAIRED, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND ADJUSTED MY SPRINGS, GREASED THE ROLLERS AND PERFORMED SEVERAL OTHER TEST TO ENSURE THE DOOR WAS IN WORKING ORDER. I purchased a new garage door 5 years ago that has become a welcome addition on my home. I just recently had a liftmaster opener replace one I had for a number of years. We were very happy with the service performed by your technician, Mark Sherman. He was courteous and explained everything in a straight forward manor. He showed us what the problem was and that besides the cable we knew was broken, both of the brackets that hold the cable's were clearly on the verge of failure. We had no suspicion that he was trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He also informed us of the age of the door and opener and told us when they might expect to need replacing. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door repairs.

We had a great experience with precision, especially our tech Mark. The door had several things broken and it ended up being a bit more then we thought. My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer.
