My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He provided repair options and clearly outlined the cost of each. He had all of the parts necessary to do the job on the spot. He even reprogrammed the system in our 2 vehicles so that they could open the door. I would recommend him to anyone and have! A true professional!

Precision Door is a high quality organization. Ron, the owner, responded to my call expeditiously. He is knowledgeable about his products and did high quality work installing a new door opener and servicing the garage door. In addition, he was personable and was easy to communicate with. I selected Precision Door because of its location in East Rochester, the ad in the yellow pages snd the pricing for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Door.

We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, it is super quiet. Our installer Josh was very knowledgable and made the installation look so easy. He was also very nice and I give him alot of credit for working in the cold conditions, the day we had our opener installed it was freezing out. Thank you Josh for a GREAT job.

Precision was referred to my by my realtor, Ben Henderson. Ron Kull showed up assessed the situation within minutes ( a badly frayed cable), replaced faulty cable, balanced all forces, tightened bolts and voila! the door was good as new. Service was explained, efficient, technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience!
