The spring on our 1939-model flip-up garage door sprung its moorings with a bang; I called you guys based on these reviews and Mark Sherman came out on a bitter-cold morning, pronounced the spring itself (long out of production) OK and drilled it back in better than it had ever been, spray-lubricated everything and threw in a new door handle -- quick, all business, and reasonable. Bought us some time and when this finally does quit we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

I contacted Precision to repair a broken garage door opener. In discussing my situation, they reviewed pricing for a new garage door opener. I decided that was the best way to go. We absolutely love our new opener, replaced a 16 year old opener, and have been glad we did. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We have a two bay garage and both doors were in need of upgrade/repair. Called Precision on a Friday, technician was there on Saturday (called ahead to ask if he could move appt time up, Yes pls!). Dave didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't need, performed upgrade/repair on both doors and opener installation the same day. Special request to replace gasket seals on bottom of each door (special material not std on the truck) was accommodated within a few days. Best contractor experience we have had in a long time. Will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.

I appreciated the email, confirming the technician with a picture of him in advance of the service call. the service was prompt, timely and the install provided the services tasks which were in the scope of the project. the estimated cost of the service was the final bill. All though I did not meet the technician personally, he called me on the phone with any questions he had, and I did not need to be away from work to over see the project. overall I rate this a five star experience

Precision Door offers quality workmanship at a very fair price. The coil spring broke on our 23 year old garage door. I did a good deal of searching on line and spoke to friends and Precision Door was the obvious choice. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and the call was answered promptly. We set up an appointment for Monday afternoon with Ron. Ron called ahead and we were able to meet early than originally scheduled. Ron explained what could be done, repair the spring and service the door Vs replace the entire door. I ended up choosing to replacing the door as some panels were damaged and Ron said they could do the work by Wednesday Jan 31. Dave arrived Wednesday and had the door fully installed inside of three hours. Thank you, John N

Ron called and ask if he could come earlier the 10-12 appointment as he finished he's earlier job and got here at 9:30. He gave a good price and went to work and was done in 45 Minutes. Great job and works great.

Called for same day service. My old garage door came off the track, and was hung up half open. Technician arrived within a few hours, helped me get my car outdoors, and the old garage door closed. New door installation was scheduled two days later, installed quickly and efficiently, in some very cold weather. I'm very satisfied.

Five stars for sure! Same day service… a very cold, busy day at that. I was first told that it would have to be "after 5" and more expensive because of the emergency timing… but got a call back to tell me that the technician would be able to come earlier and it wouldn't cost as much. THAT never happens! When he arrived, Mr. Mackay was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Job was done in a short time and all is working well now.

I was very pleased with the service Precision provided. For a few weeks I was having trouble on and off with my garage door not going up all the way. Although the technician (Dave Mackay) did not find anything essentially wrong, he did make an adjustment and lubricated some areas. It is working fine now. I was also glad to have everything checked over for proper functioning. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues; they are extremely professional and honest. I would rate them a 5.
