I'm sorry but I have forgotten the technicians name who repaired my door but he did a great job. The original call was for a broken spring but he pointed out that the door needed an overhaul. I knew that it did but he quoted a price and time which mus much less than I anticipated. He did the job quickly and adjusted the door opener afterward. The door has never operated as smoothly as it does now. Great job done timely and at a fair price. Thank you A definite 5 star

Ron came and replaced broken tension spring. He also advised me that it would be a good time to replace the rollers as well(with polyeurethane) ones). He did not pressure me into the decision, I made the decision and he was able to do all the work within a few hours. Service was professional from start to finish.

I was stranded outside the house on a Sunday afternoon due to a non-functioning garage door! I called Precision not even knowing if anyone would be available on a Sunday. Luckily there was! Great job from start to finish. We originally contacted Precision when one of our door springs broke. Ron came out as scheduled, very professional and VERY personable. Because the door was due for replacement and we were planning on it within a year we contracted Precision to replace the entire door. The process was seamless and kudos to Mary in the office and Dave the technician for great service. HIGHLY recommend these folks!
