I learned of Precision from our superintendent of buildings and grounds at my complex. He said they had done work for him and he was very pleased! I was surprised to learn that Precision would come out to repair my garage door on Sunday without an extra service charge. Ron, the owner, came and repaired the door in a very short amount of time!! "Z" was a very professional capable person. He replaced a battery that had lost its charge and explained how it worked. It seemed unlikely that the back up battery needed replacement after only 4 years, as it's only used as a backup for then the electricity is out.

Thank you Precision for your excellent service on Father’s Day! Ron came out at 8 AM Sunday morning with no additional fee considering it was Father’s Day. He quickly diagnosed the sensor issue, replaced the sensors, did some light maintenance and was on his way within 15 minutes. Very glad I chose Precision to install my garage opener 5 + years ago because their follow-up service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The technician sent me a text prior to his arrival, so I knew who’d be coming to my door. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door opener (which was ancient and had broken) as well as the door’s mechanical system, which needed work. He was able to fix the door as well as install a new door opener on the spot, at a fair price. Excellent service, would recommend!
