I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly. I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. He then replaced my two cables in short time. I would definitely recommend precision door services to friends and colleagues.
