Had a bad panel. They did every thing on time. Ron the owner came out look over the problem gave price and time for the repair. This was my second time using Precision.. The service I received years ago was excellent so they were my first and only choice this time. Our service technician Mark was skilled, personable, professional and able to recommend based on my repair questions. In these days It’s not always common to be pleased with customer service and performance reliability, but Precision has done that for us and I will use them again and often recommend them.

I just wanted to say how amazing Dave Ackley was when he came out to service my garage door. I appreciate his honesty & knowledge letting me know my door is in great shape for an older home. He told me I could wait on replacement. Considering I just had to replace roof. He even showed me how to keep rollers he replaced lubricated to keep door in shape. He said reach out anytime if you have further questions. Being a newer home owner. I value him not trying to sell me something I don’t need which I know some might do. I highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for an honest, reputable company. Thank you again :-)

We had a cable break on the door for my wife's garage entrance on a Sunday morning (of course....). I called Garage Doors Rochester and answered the questions regarding location, etc. The scheduler gave me a time "between 12 and 2 pm). The service provider arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and started work right away. While testing the door, a different cable on the same door (1993 installation) broke. He fixed it, tested it, and lubricated the cables and springs on both doors. On time, efficient, (and working efficiently in a 24 degree garage). Perfect!

The torsion springs snapped on my garage door. I called Precision Door because of a recommendation from a friend. They got me an appointment in a couple of days. Ron the owner came out to service my door himself. He was on time and completed the job quickly. Ron explained everything to me very thoroughly. Besides being a great technician, Room has a great personality. I will definitely recommend and call them again.

After calling and scheduling a with a different company that never showed up, I called Precision to have our broken garage door spring repaired. I was able to schedule for the following day. Fifteen minutes after scheduling, I received a call from the owner, Ron, that he had a cancellation and could be over shortly. Ron was friendly and professional and had our repair done in about 40 minutes! I am so thankful for the quick and excellent service! I wish I had called Precision first. We will only call Precision for our garage door needs moving forward and will highly recommend the company to others.

This is the second time we have used Precision to repair our aging garage door when it failed unexpectedly. Both times the techs have been punctual, professional and very reasonable. The cables on my garage door had rotted off and needed replacement. Mark S. came out promptly and was more than professional. He explained everything to me and didn't try and over sell the repair or over complicate anything. He wore a mask the whole time as well which I appreciated! Would highly recommend this company.
