Found Precision Door through Google. Super easy to make an appt. Multiple reminders before appt and call ahead from technician. Affordable and fixed right on the spot. Mark Sherman was extremely thorough in replacing the springs and got our aged garage door running in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. Dave called me right away, came the next day, and fixed everything a week and a half earlier than my appointment.
