Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new.
