I thought the online scheduling was great, and I received a reminder the day before my appointment as well. Sean was great! Did a small fix of one of my doors and tuned everything up. He was ahead of schedule, so that was a bonus as well. I really appreciate the text beforehand where you get a picture and bio of the technician who is coming. Nice touch!

He did an excellent job of removing two old doors that had not functioned for many years. He installed new doors, new hardware and removed all the old remnants from the old and packaging from the new. I used Precision because the other two overhead door companies I contacted were incredibly expensive or the people I spoke with were abrasive and rude. It was a pleasure to speak with Felix before the job and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work.

He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

The owner came out on time and gave us a fair estimate for a new garage door. The crew Zikret and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) also showed up on time and installed the door. The next day, we noticed some minor problems and called Precision and arranged for a time for the technician to come back and repair. He actually came a day early because he was in the area and fixed the minor repairs within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need repair/replacement garage doors.

Outstanding service, fast response and quality service. Our technician was personable, professional and very easy to deal with. The door failed on Tuesday morning, a repair was scheduled on line Tuesday morning and the repair was completed on Wednesday afternoon, 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment!!! Precision was very helpful in getting my garage door fixed. Felix showed up when he said he would, and had both springs replaced within 45 minutes. He even took the time to lubricate all the hinges as well as the new springs. Great service!

This was our first time using Precision Door Service. We have a 2 car garage with separate garage doors. Unfortunately the springs broke on both sides causing both doors to become unusable. Pulling the cord to open the doors will not help in this situation. We looked online for garage door repair services and decided on Precision. Their ratings were high and the recent comments were very good. I have to say they were very professional when I called and they answered all my questions. The day of my appointment the service tech called me letting me know when he would arrive. I also received a picture text of the tech including his credentials and a little bit about him as an individual. I did like that included. When he arrived he got right to work and creating 4 different quotes. That was nice because they understand people can’t always afford to have the high-end replacements. There was no pressure or persuading to pick any certain package. Our tech explained each option thoroughly and had examples of the different choices we could select. To shorten this up the instruction was top notch and both doors work beautifully. He cleaned up all his work and left it spotless. I highly recommend this company. Our tech was Zikret. I highly recommended him when calling. High Marks!
