I appreciated receiving the same day service when I called your office to report the problem . Also, I was impressed with your Technician, Dave Ackley,who was on time for the appointment, was professional, and was quick to diagnose the problem within the Lift-Master unit. The required Gear & Sprocket Assembly was installed within a short amount of time. Was very pleased with the total experience with Precision.

My neighbor suggested Precision, as he has had a good experience with the owner and company. I received quotes from other door companies, but Ron the owner, gave me not only a great price, but also made me feel like I am more than just a customer. Felix did the installation. He is professional as well as easy going. I had a few questions after the door was put in, and Felix came to my house and answered them all to my satisfaction. I recommend Precision to any one looking for a new door or a repair.

Great Service, came earlier to the appointment than scheduled and the Tech Dave Ackley was outstanding. He gave me what i needed and the options to upgrade if I wanted. My wife hit the garage door that was previously installed by precision. The bottom panel needed replacement. The panel matched door perfectly. The technician actually arrived early. The panel was replaced in a very short amount of time and the door looks perfect.

So far I am impressed with the speed in which my problem was addressed; an issue with the electronic light beams if that's what they're called. I believe the technician's name was Mike and he was both educational and respectful. I would definitely call again if there is a problem.

This company is top notch! I used another company for years and then the one time I needed a right away appointment they couldn't be bothered. That's when I found Precision - not only did they come that time without an emergency charge, they fixed it up at a reasonable charge. That won my business going forward. Today they put in a new garage door opener and very pleased!

It's -1 degrees outside today (1/31/2019) and the technicians, Drew and Chris, came after a courtesy call (as promised). Drew explained everything in detail first, then promptly got to work. They removed the broken garage door opener and installed the new one in one hour! They removed all debris. Drew even programed my car's remote control for me!

These guys are fantastic! First Dave came in the middle of a 2' snow storm and it wasn't even an emergency. He walked me through everything that was broken or need repair and we agreed that a new garage door would be best all around. The installation was scheduled very quickly to my amazement. Marty came too install the new door and did an excellent job. The job was done in only 3 hours and there was no clean up or rubbish to be done. Marty explain everything about the new door and made sure that it ws all working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Everything was perfect from A to Z and even better than I expected. Call them for repairs or new installation you won't be sorry!
