Mark sent a text five minutes before arriving, which was nice, even though he was 40 minutes early. He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. So: good “pre” customer service but I still need to get the work done!

I’ve used Precision Door Service several times for various issues with my garage doors, primarily broken springs which can be dangerous to work on if you don’t know what you are doing. My most recent service call resulted in my 18 year old opener needing replacement because of a failed circuit board. Felix from Precision arrived at the exact time the agent on chat said he would, and BTW the service call was placed entirely on chat while I tended to a business call, in less than 10 minutes nonetheless. Felix diagnosed the issue and offered options, including replacement with a WiFi enabled opener which I planned on getting if it ever needed replacement. Felix had the new opener on his truck and replaced it in a little over an hour, and we were back in business albeit with new capabilities like being able to know if our door is open and being able to operate it from anywhere in the world. Precision continues to deliver world class service at competitive pricing and their tech’s like Felix are fantastic to work with.

The friendly techs arrive on time and are courteous. Any necessary work, with price options, is clearly explained before work begins. There is no pressure to choose one option over another. A technician, Dave Ackley, came the same day I called. My remotes were not communicating with the garage door opener. He quickly solved my problem and also did a general maintenance check. The garage door is now moving (and starting and stopping) much more smoothly.
