Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends!

At approximately 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, following a minor incident that forced my garage door off its track and half-open - therefore creating a safety and security problem, I immediately researched "garage door repair" via the Internet. I was very pleased and relieved to find Precision Door Service's website advertising "We Are Open Today, Sunday July 5, 2020, Appts: 8:00am - 5:00pm." I quickly called the phone number provided on their website. A very courteous Precision Door Service representative confirmed my address and stated a technician would arrive by 7pm. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the technician (Chris) who stated he would arrive in 10-15 minutes; which he did and promptly (as well as efficiently) fixed my garage door without additional parts or unnecessary labor. Total cost under $100.00.

Ron did me the favor of fitting my repair job in at the end of his day rather than scheduling a tech to come after hours. He fixed my garage door within minutes so that it would go down and up plus he gave me the estimate for replacement of the bottom section which does not need to be done immediately. He remembers installing my door 6 years ago, so we had a very sociable chat about our dogs, too. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who treats his customers so politely.
