Felix was our technician. He came over and taught us all about our garage doors (my neighbor's too). He explained that what I wanted done would not help the situation. He was 100% correct, I didn't even think about what he told me. The point is, he could have given me a song and dance and charged whatever - and replaced whatever - but he didn't. He was so honest. We were both very appreciative and impressed, it doesn't happen like this too much anymore. So, which company do you think the both of us, actually 3 houses (another neighbor was watching too) will go to when we have any kind of garage door issue? It would be Precision AND I would ask for Felix.

Our contractor recommended Precision for our new garage door install. Mark came and set us up with a new door in no time at all. A few days later there was a problem (not Precision related) with the door staying closed. Mary booked us with an appointment for the next day at noon. My garage door was not opening and closing properly, and it had been installed by Precision several years ago. My first thought was to call them because the motor on the door opener was working just fine. I figured maybe the door had shifted on the tracks. Turns out, it was a very simple fix which involved resetting the limits on the garage door opener which may have possibly been reset by a power surge. The technician was very professional, quickly assessed and fixed the problem, and made sure that it was fixed before calling the job done. He was great about maintaining no contact for social distancing, and explained everything that he was doing on the tablet as he was preparing for my payment. It was truly no touch, which I appreciated.
