5 stars. ???????????????????? Saturday night garage door needed immediate repair! Called Precision operator very helpful had a tech out to me in 20 minutes !!!! Tech Marty was awesome!! Very knowledgeable helpful and efficient! Went over and above to made sure everything was set and ready to go . Would Definitely recommend Precision to family and friends!!!

Door failed to close. Great service. Called Friday night and repair tech arrived next morning at 8:15. He adjusted the electric eyes, greased the hinges, explained everything and was on his way in 30 minutes.m 5 star rating!

Our’s was an emergency after hour repair. As there was a large backup for emergency calls, the owner came out much earlier and repaired our door very quickly. I was very impressed by the quick response of service. Would recommend Precision to anyone.

Dave Ackley stopped by 37 Albemarle St. to check out the wooden garage door which is 70 yrs old. He lubricated the tracks to help the wheels roll smoother. He was informative regarding the door. Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. That made sense to me. irate service a 5 star

Ron Kull is amazing !!! He personally repaired our garage doors a few days ago. Arrived exactly on schedule, quickly diagnosed the problems, and estimated the cost (more than fair, in our opinion). Got right on it - like he'd been doing it his whole life - worked quickly and efficiently. Best, he EXPLAINED why things failed, what the repairs accomplished, and showed me a number of strategies and "tricks" for keeping it all in good working order. Our doors now work better than they've worked in 10 years. Can't thank you enough, Ron.

Ron came down on a Saturday to quote on the new garage doors and opener I needed. He was so helpful and informed me about my choices, and how the installation would go. Mary in the office was so helpful on some further information I needed and Eric did an awesome job on the install. These folks are extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. Fast, efficient service. This is the second time Dave has visited our house. The first time, he repaired the door when I had been told I should "just replace it". He assured me it had many years of service left. This visit was for a failing opener. He arrived early, replaced the opener in about an hour with one that ran much smoother. I'll definitely be calling Precision again next time I need service.

I simply cannot believe the service that was provided - especially for the cost. Felix was incredible. I have a historic home with historic garage doors (solid wood, leaded glass, etc.). One of the doors was not opening right. Felix worked, adjusted, and toiled with that door for literally FIVE HOURS+ until it opened and closed correctly. He was DETERMINED to make it perfect. I could not believe how hard he worked or how committed he was to the job. Truly EXCELLENT in every way. On top of that, he did not charge me anything extra for the many unplanned hours! He even had to make a second day visit. He started the second day with "OK, I have been thinking about this all night and I have a plan..." Exceptional service. I am a customer for life - particularly of Felix's! Wow. I am now looking for any other improvements I can make to the doors - just to get Felix back again.

Prompt Courteous professional after hours service! Garage door broke and was stuck closed, in less than three hours it was fixed and working and the price for the service was very reasonable.
