Ron was the man!!!! I was blown away with his level of expertise. My garage door spring busted and I was contemplating on Making it a DIY project.....I am glad I didn’t!!! He not only replaced the broken spring, but also tweaked my garage door to open and shut more smooth then before the door broke. I was impressed with his skills. He even nailed down how old my garage door was to the year just by looking at it from a distance!!!! That’s experience you could depend on. He did not mess around. My garage door was not opening and closing properly, and it had been installed by Precision several years ago. My first thought was to call them because the motor on the door opener was working just fine. I figured maybe the door had shifted on the tracks. Turns out, it was a very simple fix which involved resetting the limits on the garage door opener which may have possibly been reset by a power surge. The technician was very professional, quickly assessed and fixed the problem, and made sure that it was fixed before calling the job done. He was great about maintaining no contact for social distancing, and explained everything that he was doing on the tablet as he was preparing for my payment. It was truly no touch, which I appreciated.

Called at 8pm on a Sunday as the torsion spring had broke on my garage door. Made an appointment for 10am the next day. Dave Ackley called ahead, came out and arrived on time. Knew exactly what to do, had the parts, replaced the spring in about 15-20 minutes, lubed and tested the door. Couldn't ask for anything more.
