Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going. I was given a quotation if I have a failure of the system in the future and need to replace it. I saw Precision Garage Ad on line, which included references and tried the phone number. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and did a good job explaining the company and what it does, helpful on pricing, and got me scheduled for service. Sean, the service technician called and asked if coming early would work, he arrived and did a great job getting the door to work and what to look for in the future. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

Garage door and opener replaced 5/23/24 by Sadmir Hamzic. Technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in a timely manner with no issues encountered. Our new garage door and opener work flawlessly - we're extremely pleased with everything. Sadmir explained the operation of the opener and instructed us about the routine maintenance (door hinge and bearing lubrication, etc.) that we should perform to keep the door running smoothly. We are extremely pleased with our choice to deal with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.

Ron was very professional and personable. We were not able to find a permanent fix, however he was able to find a work around for the time being. I will need a new garage door but he did not pressure me into a sale and went over my options and allowed me to make my own decision. I appreciate his help and honesty. This is an easy five star review and will be purchasing a new garage door when ready.

Arrived home last night from out of town travel to discover garage door opener chain had disengaged from track and door could only be operated manually. several years ago had had good service from Precision for a different problem, so I called this morning. They were able to provide emergencies service in less than four hours, Sadie, technician, was very professional, courteous and thoroughly likable. He diagnosed the problem promptly and replaced the 15 year old unit with a new one…all on this same visit at a reasonable price. Hopefully wiil not need their services anytime soon, but fully recommend to anyone who does

The spring on our garage door opener broke over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from Precision! They came within a couple days and repaired it so fast. Precision Door installed our openers ten years ago and they have worked well ever since. Recently, one of the springs and cables on our door (different issue) broke, so we called Precision again. They explained the problem and presented us up front with different options for service. The work was performed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend Precision Door to others.
