Great communication from Precision as to who was coming and basically exactly what time they would be there. We upgraded to a new Wifi garage door opener with a camera as well. We easily purchased a third remote from the tech when he was there. Tech communicated well during the entire install. Very pleased with the level of service and communication from Precision. Ron from Precision came early for appointment on Sat morning to repair a broken Torsion Spring, (which by the way was made late Friday afternoon). He explained everything needed for the repair and gave me the cost before starting. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about everything involved in garage doors and openers. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me. Everyone from technicians to people who answer the phone has been extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!
