Ron is a very experienced technician. He figured out what the problem was right away. The problem with the range of my remote is radio signal interference. Great information about all the different things that can affect and interfere with a garage door opener signal.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me. Everyone from technicians to people who answer the phone has been extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!

The other day we had a spring go on our garage door. We called precision garage door. The technician that came to the house was named Z. I really appreciated Sean's work, he laid out what he was going to do before doing it and quoted me the price for each thing even when I didn't ask for that. He was very quick to get the door fixed from an unusual issue of non-broken but weaker than expected springs. He also made sure to tell me there's a 3 year warranty on them and even left them for me as I requested.
