The experience with Precision was outstanding beginning with my first phone call to them where I received a friendly greeting and they were able to book an appointment for me within 24 hours. Ron, who was the technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early and was able to diagnose the issue with our garage door quickly. The solution was completed in a timely fashion and Ron was friendly and professional, explaining the work needed and the features of the new garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision!

The keypad would not work and technician replaced the battery which I had no idea it took one. He then proceeded to do a safety check and lubricate the track bearings. At no time did he reference my stupidity of the situation but was professional the entire time he spent here.
