Dave showed up, made a quick assessment, gave us a few options, wrote up an estimate and completed the repair in very timely fashion. So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.

Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great.
