Just had a new garage door opener installed. Every step of the process was positive: easy and quick scheduling, courtesy call before arrival, prompt arrival, quick but thorough assessment, and finally expeditious yet precise execution.

Mark Sherman was my technician. He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. He gave me a couple different options and we talked through the pros and cons. He was very efficient and had the door up and running in no time. The door looks fantastic and the opener is running smoothly again, and he gave me tips to keep it working smoothly in the future. I am very happy with the service I received and the value and will not hesitate to call Precision again and will certainly recommend them. Thank you!

I very much appreciated that Drew included me in his work. He listened patiently to my concerns and even more patiently explained how he would repair the problem. He was prompt--even early!--and efficient. With no reservations, I'll request him again the next time my garage door needs attention.

I found Precision on Internet search for Garage Door openers. Called and scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Prompt service; called before came to let me know he'd be there at specific time beforehand. He found that my 15 year old opener had been wired incorrectly, even though it still functioned. He re-wired it, adjusted sensors, lubricated tracks and inspected for other problems. Very helpful with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this company. Their cost for a service call was half of that quoted from original garage door opener installer.

I was satisfied with the work done but the price on the roller was a rip off. 10 rollers run about $15. I was charged $100

Found your company from the billboard on Dewey Ave. Dave Ackley was very professional. He gave us 3 options and explained in detail what to expect from each. He got right to work a day had the door preforming as good if not better than new. You have become our garage door people! Will definitely recommend to everyone who asks.

Dave was able to show me why the door was not working properly. I was very glad that an adjustment could be made without the need to replace the motor, etc. It was an honest assessment of the problem & the resolution will certainly be my reason to recommend you & return for future service. Thank you.

After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Very happy..5stars

Most importantly your response time was awesome thank you, repaired the day I called. Then to top things off your service is second to known, Dave gave me a complete break down of my garage door and what my options were. He repaired the door in a timely fashion and gave me a very reasonable price. thank you, Daryl Corbett (Oh, on a side note we shared the fact that we're both suffering football fans, myself to the Buffalo Bills and his struggling Cleveland Browns.)
