Mark did a awesome job on our garage doors, the day he did the install was less than perfect to say the least, probably the hottest most humid day of the summer. I've recommended Precision to several friends based solely on how hard Mark worked, explained everything he was doing and just generally a nice guy, any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. This is the first time I've used Precision but will call them again for door service. The appointment was convenient and the technician was prompt and efficient. I had called because I noticed frayed cables and the door made some odd noises. He replaced cables, aligned pulleys and lubricated everything.

5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.

This is a great company! I got 3 quotes and their price blew the rest away. They showed up one time for my scheduled quote and when they came to do the install. We had Drew do our install. Precision Garage Door has been excellent!! I had the m install a brand new garage door and a few weeks later it needed a bit of adjustment with the remote door opener. We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.

One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.
