5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.

This is a great company! I got 3 quotes and their price blew the rest away. They showed up one time for my scheduled quote and when they came to do the install. We had Drew do our install. He was very professional, friendly and busted his butt. I will recommend these guys whenever possible. Thanks for the great service.

We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.

One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

Ron was awesome. He called to see if I would be available earlier because he was ahead of schedule. We were back in business within 90 minutes of his arrival. Great customer service, from the initial call, to the install was done. Definitely glad I chose Precision Door for our repair.

We give Precision Doors a 5 star. We are very pleased and happy with the end results. The garage door looks wonderful. We looked around and compared prices to other garage door dealers and you were by far the fairest and most reasonable. It was installed within a couple of hours. We can't say enough about your wonderful installers. They were polite, professional, courteous, and very pleasant. If your looking for any garage door issues we highly recommend Precision Doors. Your won't be sorry that you gave them a call.

A number of years ago, my daughter called you on a Sunday. She was a new customer. You came and fixed their door on a Sunday night! We have used your services ever since, and we have never been disappointed! Dependable, competent and fairly priced, not to mention friendly. I think that sums your services up. Thank you!

A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both Techs, Ron and Mark involved in the estimate and completion of the work done on my garage. When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door. Mark did a great installation job on the door and new opener and made sure I understood all the features. I would definitely recommend them. Mike B.

I would recommend Percision Garage door. To anyone looking to repair or race their garage door. They could not of been more friendly or helpful in our choice. We were given the choice of repairing or replacing our door. Seeing our old door was 50 yrs old we chose to replace. We were given great choices both in quality and price. Our installer was Felix and we can not say enough good about him. He is so polite and friendly. Felix is a very hard worker and very knowledgable of the whole garage door systems. A great thank you to Mary in the office too for answering all my email questions and phone calls very promptly and friendly. Thanks again to Felix,Precision is lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working person working for them. We enjoyed having you at our home..GO REDSKINS!

I called Precision Door on a recommendation by my neighbor. Once the appointment time was set, I rec'd an email confirming the appointment window. Mark called me the day of the appointment to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes he was at my door. He evaluated the problem, was honest with me, & did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. He estimated the repair time, got to work and completed the task within the time he said it would take. I would recommend your company to anyone who asked & would definitely call again if your services were needed. Thank you for a job well done!

Our installer Mark Sherman did a great job replacing an original wood garage door on our home in North Chili. He was on time, called when on the way so I could meet him, and finished as promised. From start to finish he exceeded our expectations, and was a great guy and technician. Many Thanks

We were very pleased. When our 26 year old garage door got stuck part way up, was crooked and the track was bent we called Precision based on their web site and promise to come out quickly. While we did have to pay a bit more for same day service, it was worth the cost. The technician call before coming and stopped to pick up any parts he might need. He was able to fix the track, replace the cable, and get it working. He then lubricated the door, checked the unit for possible additional problems and even changed the light bulbs for us. The price was reasonable. We will definitely call them for all garage door issues.
