I have used Precision several times in the past and each technician that has come out has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done a tune-up, replaced springs, and fixed an issue with my opener in the past. Ron, the owner, resolved my problem today in a short amount of time, clearly explaining and demonstrating what I could do if the problem arises again. They are my go-to company for garage door and garage door opener repair/ installation.

Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous. Very clean and neat job. Very happy with this company.

I was able to get an appointment for our garage door repair for the next day. The technician, Felix was right on time, very professional, and immediately identified the problem. He was able to get the new rollers and installed them very quickly and securely. He then inspected the entire track, making sure it was clean and lubricated properly and told me everything was now Safe and Repaired. The work was completed quickly, safely, and accurately. Great job Felix.
