Door Technician went about his work, and completed job in a timely manner. Door Technician took time to explain type of oil needed and where to oil to help with maintenance. These guys are fantastic... from the time they pick up the phone to the time they pull out of your driveway. Felix was the tech assigned to my house. As always Precision was amazing. I called on Monday they were here on Tuesday just as they promised. Felix was our technician. We were glad it was Felix as his work in the past has been stellar. 100% satisfied! Had to replace the springs and he made it look easy. EXCELLENT WORK! BTW…loved the text messages and background info, nice touch. The only downside is Felix is a Giants fan ????. Thanks Felix & Precision!!! Well done.
