Service was performed on our garage door opener on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Felix did a great job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, and he was polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I couldn't believe how fast he fixed the problems (determining why the door opener would not receive a signal and setting up my Prius remote door opener so it would send a signal to the home opener). He also did maintenance on the door, and it is running much more smoothly and quietly now. He got everything done in probably less than a half hour, and the service was done at a very reasonable price. We've used your company before and were very pleased, and we'll use your company the next time we have a problem

I had replaced the battery in my keypad because it didn't work. It still wouldn't work, so I thought I had a bad key pad. After a quick check, Mark suggested trying a second new battery, an LO! it worked.

I had an inspection done and a key lock installed so that I can open my garage door in the event of an electrical outage. Mark was very patient with all my questions and he took the time to explain what is done during an inspection and what I need to do to keep my garage door working properly.

Technician was great!! He had to push my time back a bit due to a long-running job, but he called me ahead of time to let me know, which I really appreciated. I called the office at 9am saying that my door wouldn't open, was promised a technician between 11am & 1pm, and Ronnie arrived about noon. Not only was my garage door working again in no time, but it was noticeably much quieter, too. Ronnie realigned the door's tracks, strengthened the supports for the tracks, sprayed moving parts with silicon, and replaced the door opener that I used to have to press with a lot of effort. Now all I have to do is touch the door opener and the response is immediate and quiet. The price was right, too. It was 5 star service, easily.

We had work done by Profetta in the past and were NOT satisfied with the service we received so when my garage door spring broke I went online to shop around. First I was impressed with the readability of Precision's web page. It told me all I needed to know without much hunting around. Secondly I read the reviews and compared them with other companies reviews from only customers in my area and I was very impressed with comments regarding Precision's punctuality, leaving the job site tidy and very impressed with their 24-7 service availability. Although I wasn't in a rush, that could've easily been the case and it was great to know Precision was willing to be there for me! When I called around 3:30 in the afternoon one day to make an appointment, the girl was almost apologetic that a technician probably couldn't get to me until after 5pm which may cost extra. I was touched by her concern, but didn't need the job done ASAP anyways, and here I was just hoping I could have someone come out by the end of the week and my springs were replaced within about 1hour first thing the next morning! Felix was courteous, friendly and went right to work once he got past the toad. I'm sure I'll be calling upon Precision down the road again someday. Thanks Precision for being professional and thoughtful about your customers needs!

After Rolly-Door the door doctor informed me it would cost $300.00 just to come out for a broken spring around 11pm (they increased the price to discourage me from having them come out after business hrs) I decided to call Precision. Not only did Precision answer the phone after 11pm but also was going to come out 1-2 am to fix my broken spring. Because of Mark\'s excellent workmanship and Ron\'s honesty about which door opener to decide on, not only did I have Mark repair my broken spring, but I purchased and had Mark install a door opener as well. Let this be a lesson to all the other garage door business owners is if you don\'t provide a certain level of customer service and honesty, your customers will soon dry up and do business elsewhere. As long as Ron is still in charge of his business and has Mark on his team, I\'ll still be doing business with Precision. Excellent company and team work!
