The Tech did a great job and explained how I should take care of my door which I appreciated. I am not sure but I think his name was Mark Sherman.

Ronnie: Iâ??m sorry for the delay in responding to you, but I have been traveling recently and things have finally settled down. Felix Coriano came to fix my garage door on Saturday, June 1. Felix was professional, courteous and an excellent worker. I did not hesitate to let him into my home. When it turned out that my garage door was not actually broken, Felix stayed to review all of the moving parts and then oiled (if that is the correct term) the door so that it is so quiet. In addition, Felix noticed that the support pieces were not correct, and he took the time and trouble to re-attach them. Best of all, Felix scampered up on a ladder and replaced the light bulb at the top of the garage that had been blown out for months. I never would have been able to reach it on my own. To say I was delighted with the service is an understatement. Thanks again!

Purchased new garage doors and new belt drive door opener. Doors are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet the opener is, I almost can't hear it working! Mark did a great job, stayed very professional and pleasant despite working in heat that was probably over 90 degrees. He was very concerned to do a quality installation, which I appreciate. I chose Precision because of all the great reviews, and their website let me "see" my choices and put together a look I knew would be perfect. I would recommend them, and have already done so to friends.

This is bad but I forget the name of the tech - Mark - maybe. He was very professional and did a very good job with the springs plus some other items that were worn out. I would highly recommend him.

I called Precision to inspect my door which wouldn't open. Ron showed up early and assessed the situation in a matter of minutes. He presented me with options for both repair and replacement. I wasn't pressured to buy anything and he even fixed the problem on the spot! I highly recommend this company for honesty, professionalism, quality and speed of service.

We waited to contact someone about our garage door as we felt we would need a new one and wanted to be sure we had the finances. When we were given the estimate we were told the door was fine, we only needed a new opener. We were so pleased when we selected them to do the work that they were able to come the next day to install the new opener. What a pleasant experience it was to feel we were getting a great service and so quickly. Thanks so much.

Ron reviewed problems with original door. Explained potential hazard with old door. He suggested we consider the series 2000 panel door. The next visit Mark removed all original hardware and doors. Josh installed the new door and trim. This team knows garage doors! They are Friendly, neat and great clean up as the job was completed. We Strongly recommend this company.
