I needed a new door opener, and thought I might even need a new door, the old one being so noisy, shaky and generally unreliable. Mark's recommendations to replace just the parts, along with the new opener, mean that I now have a smooth, quiet, and reliable door, which functions just like a brand new one. Mark was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, friendly and delightful to work with. I will definitely recommend Precision.

We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. We thought it was Precision and were happy to know it was the same company. Your service,quality & knowledgeable technician(Mark Sherman) is an asset. He was also very friendly,gave advice & answered questions. I also like the way you have the technician call to say they're on their way. The receptionist scheduling was very friendly & I like the way you can schedule within a window of time. We will use you again!

I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

Dear Precision, The Technician (Mark) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected(which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & Mark was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service Technician.

Mark stopped out for a potential repair, and after a thorough discussion we decided to replace both garage doors - which were 22 years old. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, and no pressure at all. The day of the installation went very well, and with a challenge on one door regarding the alignment of a already installed garage door opener....no issues at all. Mark tackled the challenge and all is well. Cleanup after the installation exceeded expectations. We are very pleased, and would recommend Precision and Mark...

Twice in the [past 12 months, we've called Precision looking for help with our garage door. In both instances, the technicians were on the job within an hour of our call. I first contacted Precision garage people several years ago when I found them on the Iternet in our former home. They did a wonderful job overhauling my garage door mechanics. The technichian was very good and did a great job at a reasonable price. I was so pleased and satisfied I called them again when I moved into our new home. I never felt so comfortable having them back. Another great job with no hassle or worry about being overcharged. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.I wish there was more professionals like these guys!!!

Fantastic Service compared to other repair companies that would state they didn't have the parts on their truck so they could not perform the work in an emergency on off hours. The job Mark did was professional and perfectly done within hours of the weekend call. Everything works better than the original installers of the door. Mark replaced all worn components and rebalanced the entire system. Better than new!

The springs had broken on my garage door. The door was as old as the house. I talked to Mark about price to fix and price of a new door. I went with the new door. Mark did not pressure me and was willing to go with what ever I wanted. He showed up on time and had the new door installed in just a few hours. Looks great and Mark was terrific. My experience with your company was excellent. I found you on-line and was impressd with the bios of your technicians (and impressed that you drug test). I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. Mark was the technician who came to the appointment. I had 2 garage door openers installed. Mark took the time to explain everything to me....and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed that he took the time to go thru the receipt step by step. Mark made me feel comfortable with the entire process of garage door openers....and I heartily recommend him and your company. .
