Excellent customer service starting with the estimate of services to be performed. We discussed all options such as repair or replacing with brand new materials. Sales pitch was not "pushy". I was given options and honest advice from Ronnie. Mark Sherman was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better technician. He was very knowledgeable of the products. Mark will be my technician of choice for the next home repair/improvement project around the house. I have already recommended Precision Door Service to friends and family.

oUTSTANDING SERVICE! I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES FOR REPAIR AND DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. THOUGH I ONLY NEEDED MY DOOR OPENER REPAIRED, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND ADJUSTED MY SPRINGS, GREASED THE ROLLERS AND PERFORMED SEVERAL OTHER TEST TO ENSURE THE DOOR WAS IN WORKING ORDER. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE, THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!! LINDA & JOE BURGIO

I purchased a new garage door 5 years ago that has become a welcome addition on my home. I just recently had a liftmaster opener replace one I had for a number of years. Both were installed quickly & professionally. The new Liftmaster performs more smoothly and quieter than the old one. I've been quite satisfied w/ their quality.

Mark did a superb job of installing a new garage door and removing the old one and leaving the premises nice and clean. We are delighted with the new garage door and the new lift master opener.

We had a great experience with precision, especially our tech Mark. The door had several things broken and it ended up being a bit more then we thought. Mark was awesome at showing me what needed to be repaired. His work was very good and he was great. I would recommend precision and Mark to anyone that needs a repair or complete overhaul.

Mark was very knowledgeable about garage door products, and made sure to inform me of all my options before going any further. He was honest about his recommendations, and helped direct me to what would work best for me, rather than what would cost the most - not usually something you come across in sales. My wife and I are very happy with our new opener, and would definitely use your services again.

My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, it is super quiet. Our installer Josh was very knowledgable and made the installation look so easy. He was also very nice and I give him alot of credit for working in the cold conditions, the day we had our opener installed it was freezing out. Thank you Josh for a GREAT job.

Hi Ronnie and Team, Just wanted to let you know how very thrilled we were with the customer service that we received from your company. Our tech Mark Sherman was wonderful. He came less than 2 hours after our initial call to Precision and he couldn't have been more professional. He even came a second time, the very next morning, to make some adjustments as well. Once again, thank you to Precision for the great service. We will definitely be passing along your name and using you in our future. Many thanks, Mike and Kendra Martone Spencerport, NY

Arrived at the set appointment time. Several estimates done. IE cost to repair, cost for new. Had inventory on truck and spent time to insure that my car was properly programed to the new opener. Highly recommend! Ken Vacanti
