The response to our request for service was prompt The technician called to confirm the time before he arrived. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and he advised us of potential issues that had not been told to us service people. We are very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to any of our friends who may have similar problems.
Thank you again Mr. Norton!

We were very pleased with the precise job. Ron Kull replaced our 47 years old broken wooden door by new steel door in less than 2 hours. We shopped around for new garage door and glad we've dealt with Precision Doors. I will definitely recommend their service to everyone.
Thank you very much Mr. Ryekin!

Evening appointments provided our initial interest. We have had past satisfactory experience with Precision. This time, we needed a cable replacement. The work was done quickly and a very thorough explanation was given on how to make the repair last longer. I was treated with respect (which is rare these days in the service community). Great people to do business with!
Thank you very much Mrs. Fellows!

Ron was here within an hour of my call, assessed the trouble, and had the springs replaced in what seemed only a few minutes. He was professional yet very friendly. I was thrilled with the service we received, and the wife was relieved she could get the van out of the garage to get to work in the morning. Thanks for everything!
Thank you again Mr. Stobie!

I have utilized the services of Precision a few times now and I would honestly say that service CANNOT BE ANY BETTER...yes I rated them a 5 but actually I mean a 10. I don't have to be concerned about them trying to sell something to me that I don't need and they explain what is beneficial and what is not...and the speedy response is second to none. I bought the Opener from them in 2007 and the Original 1991 existing cables and springs lasted till now. If the spring didn't break I wouldn't have even thought about replacing the rollers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. My door moves soooo easily with the new rollers. Without them, the new springs would have incurred unnecessary stress taking their life expectancy to a lower number of years. TRUST THESE GUYS They REALLY know how to care for your door needs at a very reasonable cost and impressive speed to keep your inconvenience to a minimal time. They were there in an hour from my call. FANTASTIC. Do I recommend them ABSOLUTELY.
Thank you very much again Mr. Henning, we really appreciate the time you took to send us a review!

We picked Precision Door because our garage door failed on a Sunday. A repairman arrived within 1 1/2 hours of our call. He explained in detail, the problem with the door and the cost of repairs. The door opener was fixed to our satisfaction and working in 45 minutes. Will call Precision Door for future door repairs.

Prompt and courteous service, plus a very good price for the new garage door and opener. Knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. Was able to work with an issue of track height and door openings that was beyond a standard install.
Thank you again Mr. Bredekamp!

Fred was excellent! Starting with communicating (he was able to come early) and through his explanation of the problem and solution, I felt he was just what I would want from a service tech. The repair was not what I'd call cheap, but it was quite reasonable for the issue I had-- Fred found a way to update some worn parts and make adjustments so the old door works like new without the total replacement I feared... and that I'm sure some companies would have forced on me! I'd recommend him and Precision to anyone.
Thank you again Mr. Revell!
