I just wanted to say how amazing Dave Ackley was when he came out to service my garage door. I appreciate his honesty & knowledge letting me know my door is in great shape for an older home. He told me I could wait on replacement. Considering I just had to replace roof. He even showed me how to keep rollers he replaced lubricated to keep door in shape. He said reach out anytime if you have further questions. Being a newer home owner. I value him not trying to sell me something I don’t need which I know some might do. A technician, Dave Ackley, came the same day I called. My remotes were not communicating with the garage door opener. He quickly solved my problem and also did a general maintenance check. The garage door is now moving (and starting and stopping) much more smoothly.
